Good product
A few hiccups with installation. Poor Communication with our builder by the solar company and their contractors led to delays. We got there in the end and the product is working well.

Poor attitude regarding warranty
My 10kw, 3 phase inverter died 1 month before warranty expired. I had lost my paperwork and it took me 6 weeks to restore email on old computers before finding the company details, by which time I was 3 weeks out of warranty.
Phone call after phone call over a few weeks is going nowhere other than 'we are trying to contact the manufacturer in China' - your warranty has expired.
Under Australian Consumer Law, the 'line in the sand' of a warranty does not always stand. For the company to take this hard line attitude is somewhat an indication ...Read more

I would suggest: - get a marker and write purchase date and company details on all new equipment - if you have issues, the ACCC can provide information on where you might stand with Australian Consumer Law. In fairness, I have given Natural Solar 48 hours to consider their position, but at the same time have made contact with the ACCC to confirm my position, have quotes for other companies to rectify, and printed paperwork ready to submit to Fair Trading NSW.Similar opinion? Professional company with excellent staff
I've been really impressed with Natural Solar from the first call down to the installation. They were knowledgeable, friendly and always looking to ensure they met our requirements. Our house has significant installation challenges, but they were pragmatic in their approach and always took my wishes into account. Highly recommended!

Strongly recommend this company
Luke Lipovac was amazing to deal with. I tried to find information on line and got thoroughly confused! Contacted Natural Solar and Luke answered all of my questions and provided information that was easy to understand so I could consider options. The whole process was incredibly easy. Promised installation of panels and Tesla 2 battery before Christmas 2022 and it was all up and running by 20 December. The Tech and Design team was great. Vey accommodating when I requested changes to roof panel design. Panel and battery installers were both excellent. Arrived on time and very professional and efficient. Overall, a great company to deal with!

Natural Solar - Definitely Consider
I was thinking about getting a battery for about 18 months to supplement my 4kW solar system. Recent long winded blackouts in our area after storms got me to think about it further but the payback period was too long. However when I got a letter from the electricity company recently saying that they were increasing my rates and decreasing my infeed rate, it decreased the payback period to a reasonable period of time well within the warranty of the battery. ted them till the Tesla Powerwall 2 was in was just over a week. The electrical sub-contractors were friendly and helpful in terms of explaining the operation of the battery. Great Service, before, during and after installation
Initial meeting with sales rep (Alan) 2 weeks prior to Christmas 2022, whole system installed within three weeks of the new year. Installers were friendly, efficient, cleaned up all rubbish, and were very tidy with their work. Would definitely recommend Natural Solar

Quick and competitive quote, professional customer service and installation.
Received quote on Tesla 2 battery via phone. It took less than ten minutes. Compared quote with other Solar companies in which some made it extremely painful as some only dealt with email enquiries which took days.
Seth from Natural Solar matched my best quote and with his "can do attitude" caring and professional nature quickly won me over.
Application for rebate was completed by me and was approved within a week from Solar Victoria.
Our battery was installed and we are very satisfied and impressed with all aspects, from customer service and follow up to the end.
I am happy to recommend (Seth) Natural Solar and their Electrian Contracter Joshua Seeberger.

Excellent service
Dated promised was dated installed. Professional installers ask were i wanted battery no problems
Clean up all boxes and wires, broom and swept site clean nothing left to pickup, not even a stray wire.
Very happy with service second time I have used Natural solar both times excellent service.
Panels first time about 18 months ago now battery no problems.

We have had our solar panels 5Kw 20 panels since July 2016. Since this time our electricity account has continued to decrease.
Our last account was an unexpected surprise - if we paid by the due date we are in credit by -$20.22
Keep in mind that each household usage is different. We disposed of an old upside down fridge which saved $40 qtr. A $78 Gov rebate. $211 rebate on solar buy back 1.694 kWh @ $0.125per kwh.
We do not have a multitude of electrical appliances, no pool just a fairly new LG 2 door fridge plus a 2* upright freezer. Ducted air conditioning which we do not use unless necessary, we use a good fan.
There are only the two of us....no kids....long gone!!! .... still a nice surprise...

A service call by the CEO of Natural Solar with payment of a cup of coffee and a piece of cake 4th Dec 19.
After receiving two quotes to check if my Tessler Powerwall Battery was working off $595.00, and upgrading off the roof panels that were failing to produce the solar power they were meant to of $14,500. Having a background knowledge in solar systems having had a 10KWT system on a previous 350 acre farm and an 8.5KWT system on my previous home winter and summer covering the cost of air-conditioning, an electric heated swimming pool and domestic consumption. I contacted the original company who was the installer of the solar system 10 years ago and the Powerwall Battery in Jan 2017, whose receptionist Victoria was most gracious and understanding. The next day the CEO Alan Williams of Natural Solar rang me and said he would do a service call and connect the battery to the on line Tessler hour by hour monitoring system, and open an account so I could watch it hour by hour, with a 10 year replacement warranty for a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. During his visit he not only did that but checked the inverter and noted the panels were failing and only producing about 1 KWT per hour instead of the expected 3 - 3.5KWTS. He then wrote a quote to replace the panels and inverter and increase the number of panels so my electricity bills could go back to $0, for half the price of the company in the Illawarra that is recognised as Tessler's Service Company in this area that I live. My heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to such an ethical company headed up by a great man with high moral ethics. Dorothy Gilbert

Incompetent and irresponsive
When I got in contact with Natural Solar, I asked them if they need site inspection first to give a formal quote. They said no need because they relied on HD satellite picture which is good enough for them to sign a contract. I paid 500 dollars deposit and signed the contract. Though they gave me a wrong quote number, I still sorted it out and locked in the government rebate. full refund. It took nearly three weeks just to get my deposit refunded. I had to make many calls and texts to chase to make things happen. I feel so lucky I didn't go ahead with them. So Stoked with Solar!
From start to finish the team at Natural Solar did a fantastic job! Jonathan Green answered all my questions, was super keen and had the best price on the best gear.
Brett Collins and his team from Drummoyne Electrical Services did an awesome job on the PV installation. They took the time to work out the job so that not one cable or clip is visible. Exactly what I wanted ;-)
Likewise the guys at Balm Electrical who installed the Sonnen Battery. Neat and clean job!

My initial call to Natural Solar was purely for information gathering and price range estimates - to know what I was looking at financially if I was to go ahead. Luke answered many of my annoying questions over a few weeks as I was doing research into battery options. During this time he kept checking in with me to see how I was going, but was never pushing the sale on me, more just wanting to help if he could. I also took his challenge and called approximately 10 other companies (including VPP programs/schemes) to see how they lined up. True to his claim, I found Natural Solar was substantially more competitive financially than every other vendor - with most coming in almost 3-5k more expensive, and the closest competitor still being over 1k dearer. Natural Solar's labour/parts warranty was among the best I could see, and delving into peer reviews I couldn't see any fault with their service online. Very happy with my new system
Natural Solar installed a 4kw Solar for me. Dealing with the company was a great experience. The installers arrived on time completed a very neat installation with all wiring hidden or neatly presented on the outside. All left over materials were taken away.

It’s been there weeks since paying the deposit for a Tesla powerwall,, still waiting for an installation date what’s the problem, why the delay?

I expect it will take a while for the powerwall delivery date to the installer to be confirmed. Once that has been confirmed the installer will set the date. He will not give a date until he has a confirmed delivery date.

Alan never told me he was the CEO but from what he said in his phone call re a service fee of a cup of coffee and once he had made a phone call to Tessler and Natural Solar's Engineer to connect my Tessler Power Wall Battery to the hour by hour on line monitoring system Tessler offer their customers with a 10 year replacement warrant another coffee and a piece of cake. Alain's expression of a vested interest in the company and its reputation, his ownership and pride in the company, and his technical knowledge were that I would expect of a CEO. I could say the same about the receptionist Victoria, who spoke with company pride and dedication and commitment to her role. I thought to myself she must be the CEO's wife or on a special salary package if she does overtime. Because Victoria told me that although she finished work at 5pm and our conversation ended 5 minutes to 5pm, that she would wait back until she received my email of supporting evidence of the contract by their company to install the solar system on our house 10 years ago and the installation of the Tessler Power Wall Battery Jan 17. This was so she could identify who in their staff was involved in this process. This ending with a call from Alan the next day offering a service call 2 days after that for the charge of two cops of coffee and a piece of cake.
