Absolutely disgusting

Booked a wheelchair cab with 24hours notice to pick up 2pm great. Then pick up 3.30pm got home 6pm in black and white taxi. Rang yellow cabs 5times.
-it's 5 min away
-it's coming from the valley
-will talk to my supervisor
- I'm sorry but ones on its way now
-sorry nothing we can do
It took black and white cabs 30min. Will NEVER use this company again!!!!!!!

No wonder why you already have a 1.3 star review. I ordered a car right after diner hoping to get back to the hotel which is only a 15 min drive and 40 min later the operator said they could not predict whether a driver would accept the ride or not. No wonder why Uber is way much better. Good luck with business.

Poor service

Worst cab service in brisbane. Didn't turn up after waiting 30mins so loaded Uber app and the rest is history. I will not call a brisbane cab evre again. You really need to work harder or you will be finished.

Booked wheelchair taxi at 9am.
Confirmed wheelchair taxi at 10am.
Still waiting for wheelchair taxi at 12.30pm
Rang 4 times. 5 th time we cancelled the taxi.
It was for lunch with family and friends for 91st birthday party. ALL CANNED DUE TO 13cabs



I should have read the reviews, Missed flight

I booked a Taxi for 5:20am to go to the airport and the taxi didn't show up. I only recieved a call from the driver 15 minutes after the booking time saying he was 20 minutes away. I ended up driving to the airport, but missed my flight anyway by 10 minutes.
Avoid 13CABS, use a different service.

Disingenuous service

The 13cabs car to get me to the airport never arrived today. I had trouble initially making the booking as it was for a private road without a street number (its in a retirement village). Nonetheless it is easily found on Google & Apple maps and I provided the cross streets. After a wait, on enquiring, the original booking was never recorded in the system. Disingenuous in the extreme! No wonder people are using Uber. I tried to complain but found no online avenue to do so.

Why bother

Pre booked a cab the day before so it would arrive on time to get to the airport for check in. Did not arrive and had to organise other transport.

I was tailgated by 13cab driver in adelaide. Very aggressive driving. I will never use this service if this is the quality of their drivers. Please teach your drivers that they are on the road with potential customers.

Angry and aggressive

Driving through Sydney CBD and was verbally abused by an aggressive 13 cabs mini-bus driver simply for changing lanes in front of him - at crawling pace. Number plate- T 3677. He then changed lanes to overtake giving him a chance for another tirade of verbal abuse. Awful company and should be avoided at all costs based on every review I have seen.

I left my mobile phone in the car and I expected the driver could return it. Simple? It was very difficult to talk by phone with 13Cabs (for complaint) and after 1 day they did not return any information. I called them dozens time and when I talked to them they just said that the driver did not find. They do not care!

Terrible customer service attitude

Cab driver was parked waiting for a fare. I asked if he could take me from Pennant Hills to Hornsby, he just rolled the window up without any explanation and started relaxing in his car. For something so simple to get such a response, I guess that's why Uber is killing it at the moment.

No point booking

Booked a job in Mackay, driver arrived and took someone else even though I said I had the text with his number on it . He said he had to take the person who had been there longer (a lady mistakenly said she had been there longer ). Terrible customer service from the driver ... Would never be employed with Uber

Worst cab company

An inefficient company, driver went past and 'no jobbed' my pickup as I wasn't outside mind you I didn't receive a text to say they were near pickup location. I had to call the cab service 4 times, two times they told me they would make me a 'high priority' as I was already late to work due to how slow the company is at finding another car to collect. Ended up cancelling the cab all together and ran to work instead, it is absolutely infuriating.

Booked a cab in the morning to pick me up at 5:00pm. The cab didn't arrive, when I phoned they couldn't find the booking. Eventually after much discussion a cab was dispatched and arrived 20 minutes later, making me late for my event. Will use an Uber next time!!!!!!

Ripped Off .Ordered cab for 6.20am got in $8.80 on meter, was told nornal practice before 9.00am cab regulators need to look into this company and stop this theft . Uber is now our choice

Booked a taxi 9 hours in advance to pick us up from a wedding at 10pm (wedding finished at 10pm). Got a call from the taxi driver at 10.10pm saying he’s 20 min away. Uber only 7 min away, will be booking with Uber from now on.

Lack of Transparency

I recently travel on the 22nd of September from AlbertPark to Rowville. I was charged $58. When I saw $70 was debited from my Credit Card, I sent an emails to question the amount and I was told there were other charges added to it.Fair enough but why not charge the right amount on that day .For me its like an unauthorised transaction. Why not charged the correct amount at the time of the transaction.
Fool of me to try to support Taxi Industry. No more I'm done with, from now on Uber for me .By the way I should have listened to my Friend's who chose Uber on that day.

Uber all the way!

I will never in my life use a taxi service again. I only ever used them because I didn’t know about Uber. The amount of times I had gotten rejected for a lift while I was alone and it was midnight because it was a short trip. No taxi would take me, I had to walk. Or when they lock the doors on you as soon as you get in the taxi and don’t unlock them till you reach your destination and pay. Is that even legal? Don’t even get me started on the price. And you guys wonder why no one uses taxis anymore

Customers booking taxis when Uber is not available. But if they notice Uber is available, they dance the taxi booking and jump on to Uber. Do you have any future plan to sort out this problem. If you have how long it will take . Please do something otherwise all our driver's suffering. Any ideas?

Start offering a better service at more compeditive rates. Listen to customers, tend to their needs and dont hire twits.

1.3 stars over 200 reviews really says why ppl dump taxis for ubers.
