Every time I travel I use 1Cover. The registration process is a breeze and the pricing is very competitive. While I've been lucky enough to not need to lodge a claim, I see 1Cover as providing value for money and I am satisfied with the level of cover offered and inclusions.

Easy process

It was teh first time we used 1 Cover (it had been recommedned by a friend)
The process of obtaining insurance was simple and straight forward
We were lucky and didnt need to make a claim so it worked out well all round

Camper bond, covered!

We initially had cover from Coversure but came across 1Cover on a search for insurance to cover the gap from their Rental Car Insurance Excess from the $3000 to the rental companies $5000 bond. When we found out 1Cover had an excess of $5000 we were stoked. We will use 1Cover for all our trips from now on.

The policy was great value with good coverage.

We added cover for skiing, which included in bounds and included off piste in bounds also. Much better value than similar policies.

We never thought about taking insurance for domestic holidays until one time we had to make changes to our plans and found out the hard way what that can cost financially and emotionally. Since then we have taken insurance with 1 Cover.
We have found the process, options and cost of the insurance easy and affordable giving us confidence that we will be covered .
While we didn’t have to make a claim on our recent 4 week holiday interstate it was peace of mind to know we had backup should something go wrong.

My iPhone was water damaged and when I called about making a claim they said it is not covered for that. I also read in their policy document that it's not covered for virtually any other damage to a phone, (Cracked screen, etc.) They have so many exclusions that they can avoid paying for almost any scenario. I hope that if I had a medical emergency that they don't treat it it in the same manner.

I asked 1Cover and they advised that 1Cover does not offer $0 access option anymore for travel insurance. Company have changed their policy. I will be buying from other company.

Simple, easy to use service

Heading away on a ski holiday with my son I neeed to know we were well covered. 1Cover provided a simple language policy coving us for everything we needed.
The website is easy to use, the policy summary is comprehensive but all in one page, the SMS check up too see if we needed to extend was very clever.
Will use again for sure, great value for peace of mind.

I will personally be putting my daughter into a public school overseas for a few months. Would she be covered for all medical medical expenses eg breaking arm at school, need to visit doctor ?

Im not too sure... you are best to email them and confirm it your coverage. Ive done this in the past and they have replied in reasonable time.
