Mark Payne - Outstanding Service
I had chosen 360 Finance out of a number of other companies several years ago when obtaining car finance. I found their rates very competitive and was impressed with the way that Mark Payne assisted me through the process. I have recently obtained car finance from 360 Finance for the third time and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone
who was looking to obtain finance for their car.

They are really good and they are able to make good interest rate . Consultant Yass was really good and he followed up to the banks and negotiated good interest rate

Worst service, guys not even response.
I have contacted them multiple times and submit my all details just for 10k and even after sending all information they never replied. I tried to contact them through email/call. Even again send request for call back. I don't know in this way how they are providing services.
Now I am worried they should not do anything bad with the information I have provided to them already. I will never approach to this company for type of services they are giving.
At least you should notify the person that loan request rejected or at least acknowledge the email/call.

Amazing service!!
What an amazing experience with 360 finance I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to deal with but Kristopher!! This being my first time buying a car through finance, he made the process so simple and easy for me, he educated me on the whole process/steps and gave me updates everyday on my application. I was never left in the dark he answered all my questions and more (and I do ask a lot), he was just such a friendly positive guy with great customer service! I give him a 11/10 he honestly has made me highly recommend this company!

Exceptional Effort and Service
Dan from 360 Finance was amazing at being readily available with answering questions and being formal and efficient with keeping me up to date with the application and process.
Being a first car buying was nerve racking to begin with, but Dan was amazing at keeping the situation consistently calm.
I would highly recommend 360 and their services to my friends and family!

Exorbitant interest rates offered.
24% was the best they could do for me. I have an excellent credit history, good savings and a steady income. After all the information I provided I received nothing back in writing. Just a quick call to say 24% was the best they could do, which I declined so they hung up and that was it. I attempted to use their online calculator and it wouldn't give me the repayment amounts without me providing my email address first.

Unfortunately our options are limited in some cases due to lender criteria - we would have certainly preferred to be able to offer you a much lower rate, however our options were limited in this case. Worst! do no approach them as it's waste of time
Applied for 20k car loan and was asked many questions here and there and finally advised that I have to have larger deposit to get approval! I mean why would I even apply for loan if I can afford larger deposit...use common sense! Also weird because I applied another finance company and they approved for 25k with no deposit condition.
Not sure how they are going to get customers if they have this type of service

Amazing customer service!
I was a little nervous due to my credit rating not being good at all. Most companies treated me poorly and said it was never going to happen. 360 finance called me within minutes of my enquire and we got the ball rolling! My broker, Kris, was amazing throughout the whole process, it was rather quick and he kept me updated throughout the whole process with texts/phone calls which I really appreciated. In the end, I walked away with my dream car and a good loan! Which, a lot of others said it wasn’t possible. Kris did such a good job and went above and beyond for me, as well as just being a super nice dude. Great asset you guys have with Kris! Definitely will be recommending these guys to anyone who needs a loan.

Excellent customer service
Brock from 360 finance was a professional from start to finish he understood my situation and my requirements. He address my concerns with regards to interest rates and managed not only to get me the loan but at a decent interest rate meeting my expectations for repayments. He has guided every step of the process making it less stressful and easy.

Started off good ended terribly!!
[name removed] told me to go ahead and organise for car pick up, on the day I couldn’t pick up the car as the funds hadn’t even been transferred! Wasn’t able to pick car up for that week!! Had a crap time with their organisational skills or lacking there of. Will not refer people ever to this company. Was told over phone 4% then once all papers were sent to me I asked where it stated 4% they then told me it was at 4.90%. Lied to on all accounts

We have attempted to contact you to discuss your concerns without success. Overall, your comments do not provide a fair representation of your experience and we feel in the interests of transparency we would like to provide some context. Regarding the pickup of your vehicle, you have neglected to mention that you did not return you loan documents in time for these to be submitted to the lender to allow you to pick up the vehicle as you intended, and your Finance Specialist was clear about this throughout the application process. You also have neglected to mention that the fact that you were unable to “pick car up for that week” reflects your own employment arrangements and is not something that we have any control over whatsoever - we are unable to assist if your own work roster means you have to wait a week before you have time to return to the dealer to pick the car up, even if it has been ready for you to collect for 6 days. Further, our records suggest that your finance specialist estimated that your individual interest rate should be around 4%-5% when he initially assessed your application. Excellent customer service - very honest and helpful
Special mention to Kyle Luke who was the finance specialist helping us with a car loan - was very upfront with all the facts and figures as we were dealing with a less than honest car dealership! Walked us step by step through the process, easy to contact and reach with very helpful advice. Will use again and recommend to others.

I have had a good experience with 360Finance.
If I were to seek another loan, I would go to them first. They have been helpful and very transparent. The loan process form start to finish took us 5 business days.

We are a legitimate finance broking business, licensed by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission & are a subsidiary of one of Australia’s largest public companies. We do not direct debit accounts either in Australia and certainly not international accounts.
We have seen a dramatic increase in emails related to this recently. Please contact your bank to put a trace on this payment to find where it has originated & to notify that it is fraudulent.
