Great choice for fussy dogs
We have a very fussy dog that refuses to eat canned food, some dog rolls and even some human food. So far she’s enjoying 4legs meatball style and fingers crossed she continues to.

My dog seems to love it
No reactions other than his tail wagging when he gets this as his meal. Easy to store and measure out the required amount for my dog. My cat has even been known to steal a bit of it from him

Easy, healthy and loved
My dogs love it. I find it easy to store and serve and without the smell or texture I find off-putting about canned dog food. I’m happy i decided to give it a try.

Our usual roll wasn't available so we tried 4 legs. Very happy, my dog loved it and it didn't have the slimy feel that some other brand rolls cam have

Loved it !
Needed a smaller dog roll after loss of one of our hounds so decided to try this. I'm glad it has measurements on the package. I cut into it as it was firmer than previous rolls purchased which I liked. Gave the boy a taste and he drooled on the floor !! He ate it all up. Will look for other products in the 4 legs range.

My dog won’t eat anything else.
My 6 month old Cavoodle puppy will only eat 4legs. She waits by the fridge at meal times and always finishes her whole meal. She is healthy and energetic.
Would love to see more varieties of puppy food.

It is really good.
We have a new puppy, she really does like this food. We feed her a mixed diet of food, 4 Legs helps provide a good balance, I think she would be happy to eat this everyday.

Great product that my dogs love
All of my dogs, along with our foster puppies love the variety of meat balls that 4Legs offer. They absolutely love the new Chicken and Salmon flavour, however the product isn't easily found nor offered in all stores. The meat balls are great to use to hide pills and be given as quick treats throughout the day.

My lovely 13 year old cavoodle is loving the change in his diet.
Sammy loves his new food, no upset bellies and never leaves anything behind. We were looking for a healthy alternative to canned food and something without an offensive smell.
So far we are loving it.

Dogs loving it
We have two dogs we've started on 4Legs, an older fussy Dogue de Bordeaux and Shih tzu cross, both love it. They seem to have healthy gut and weight management as well.

My dog loves it
My dog has tried all sorts of food but loves this food the most. She was starting to get fussy but I have been buying this alot for her and she gobbles it up. The bite sized pieces make it easy to serve and it smells amazing unlike some dog food she has tried. She use to scratch alot as well but since eating this food she hasn't been.

It disappears in a flash
My 17 year old cattle dog Gypsy loves the meatballs - a clean bowl every time - and she can be a fussy old lady at times. It’s also easy to add meds to them if needed.

Happy Puppy
After converting to loaf rolls from tinned food, I have found my dog absolutely loves the 4 legs Natural Dog food brand. Shes almost backflips when i get it out of the fridge and when you cut it up there isn't any gristle or weird stuff in there.

In a previous post you have said that you use Carrageenan as a binding agent in your dogfood. Why do you do this when research indicates that it is linked to colon cancer in dogs.

Thanks for your question regarding Carrageenan, we will get back to you ASAP.
Melissa C.4Legs
Hi GCLife, thanks again for your question. We use gelling agents in our products to bind the ingredients, however we use a combination of four agents (guar gum, cassia gum, xanthan gum and carrageenan) which allows us to use very small amounts of each one. Here at 4Legs, we are comfortable feeding all of our products to our own dogs and many of us have done so daily for over 20 years. No gastrointestinal neoplasia has ever developed in any of our dogs. We are familiar with the scientific studies surrounding carrageenan, including the strengths and limitations of those studies. Over ten years ago, public petition led to a review by the FDA of the scientific evidence surrounding the safety of carrageenan with the conclusion drawn that it is generally safe. Based on the evidence that has been put forward so far, we do not feel that carrageenan is toxic, carcinogenic or inflammatory for the vast majority of both people and dogs. We do, however, understand that occasionally common food ingredients, including carrageenan, may cause gastrointestinal problems in some sensitive individuals. If you find that your dog seems to be sensitive to 4Legs, we recommend that you feed an alternative brand.
