Had nothing but issues .I have returned almost everything I have bought from them under warranty due to faults.poor customer service when it comes to returns and still waiting for money.will never buy there products again
Faulty products include there solar panels awnings.led 5 bar light kit.

I purchased 7 domin8r led spotlights on special free shipping to be charged for shipping and have the price of item charged at full price also tried to contact online just get automated responses never get anywhere always same I have given up I should of purchased off eBay site would have got it $30 cheaper from same company with free shipping and Paypal would have guaranteed it last time I ever try do right thing and go direct to the store and save them eBay fees what a joke and the product turns up with lenses all scratched up not happy

Swag mattress cover zip not stitched for 300mm. Was warned about these quality issues but bought online anyway. Warranty process too one sided and cumbersome to bother with. Ah well

2 faulty items was like pulling teeth to replace or refunding, never would buy from this company cheap junk, and they will argue the point in handing refund or exchange..

I am passing on this warning because I don't want to see other people get caught out like I recently did.

I emailed questions to the organisation Customer Service Centre. All I received back was abuse. No positive assistance.

Tool bag has all the tools you will need out bush and will help get you out of trouble when things don't always go your way and it also has great build quality especially for the price .

Give your solar blanket a run at home before you first use it, I was trying it out at home and I could smell something burning and it was the solar blanket. Pretty disappointing with the customer service, after raising a SD ticket, I had to call them after a week to get a status update on the next steps to get a replacement.

I bought a "Big Daddy Deluxe Double Swag", advertised with mattress, 1550 mm wide and comes with a heavy duty bag. Only they don't send you the bag! And when you contact them (3 times) and they finally answer, they deny that the bag comes with the advertised product!

i recently purchased the led headlight conversion kit for the prado 120 and whilst it is plug and play like they suggest, that is unless you are running the kings light bar and spot lights in this case once plugged in due to the prado being of negative wiring, high beam will not work and requires some wiring moderfications to be undertaken.
other then costing me a further $171.00 it seems to be a decent product, but the compatability issue with the kings light bar and kings spotlights should be stated before purchase of this product.

I bought a brand new Kings 90 ltrs fridge / freezer to find that the item is faulty as it does not freeze nor cool!!! I have run the item on both 12 v & 240 v for over 24 hrs.

I contacted Customer Service to find out the item can not be returned to a store and / or exchanged, the buyer needs to lodge a claim and answer questions which includes posting a video and photos as proof.... the item if deemed faulty then needs to be sent to Qld for an assessor to review.... after that who knows?

4wd SupaCentre / Kings advertise quailty items yet when theres an issue the only initial support is a 1800 followed by a lengthy process all at the expense of the buyer!!!

Overall Customer Service and after sales support is absolutely disgraceful!!!!

My wife went to the Heatherbrae store to purchase a battery she asked if they could assist her in placing battery into car due to its weight they refused her request and watched her struggle with the battery. When at the checkout she asked about her freebie they laughed and said too late should have asked before then watched her struggle to the car. Shocking customer service for their female customers they should be ashamed of themselves.

Purchased goods online 3 weeks ago was guaranteed that goods were in stock and could pick up same day. Arrived and only part of order in stock advised will be in store within 7 days. To date have made 2 calls to customer service waiting on average 30minutes for someone to tell me goods still not in.

Must now sort out alternate Xmas gift, nil trust in anything they advise, nil customer care values from their end.

Would I recommend the company to friend or family member - No

Would I use them again - Definitely a No

Still cant believe I won a $250 voucher thanks again. After finally deciding what to buy I went with the titan fridge slide and thumper compressor and couldn't be happier. Not to mention i only purchased these items Tuesday night and everything arrived Saturday afternoon ready for a weekend install. Santa claus himself couldn't gaurantee that quick of a turnaround you've really made my Christmas 4wdsupacentre thankyou.
