No Service
I have yet to purchase but met with frustration. As I could not find their email address, I tried to fax my enquiry. Having no reply, I rang them but got a recorded message saying they have moved and the phone maybe unattended. Tried ringing them 2 days later, same thing

Poor Customer Service
After purchasing a product online from this seller, I hadn't received my item in the post after more than two weeks.
I enquired twice via email over several days, no response. It was on the third email I sent that I received a reply from the seller another day later.
The reply I got was " your card was not charged, order cancelled".
