Our installer Chris Picone did a fantastic job with the installation last week. He was very punctual and professional. He even took the time to explain and gave us some tips on how best to operate the blinds. A very friendly and pleasant chap. Thank you very much.

We called ABC for a competitive quote on replacement patio blinds for our new deck (replacing the ABC blinds on our old one). They won the quote, delivered at the time promised. Van Nguyen of A-Z Installers did the install. He communicated well, and was professional, knowledgeable and polite. If we need another product we will definitely call ABC and A-Z

Nick the installer of our motorised outdoor blinds was fabulous. He overcame several installation issues and resolved initial design/layout faults. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The finished result looks great and functions well. Communication with ABC could have been better, with some calls not returned.

A week ago, Jason ( from Wangara branch) came to install some indoor shutters.Upon completion, I mentioned that because of arthritis in my hands I could hardly pull on the too short chains of the recently installed Roller Blinds .. throughout the whole house . He cheerfully stayed back and changed every one of them !!!!! I no longer struggle with the blinds ..!!! Thank you so much Jason . You are one in a Million. I’m very grateful !

We had Angelo visit our house and quote for patio blinds and plantation shutters. We went with both quotes and placed our orders.
The motorised patio blinds were installed very efficiently by Nick and his partner on Tuesday 14th April. They did a great job, left no mess, instructed me on how to operate them. They work beautifully and look fantastic. Very happy with our purchase and the service received. Would definitely recommend ABC.

We ordered the motorised awning in late January by ringing ABC and a representative, Angelo, visited us. It has been installed today, 16 April. NICK did an excellent job installing it. Sorry that we missed use of it in summer by taking so long to install due to delays in getting extra brackets made.
It works well, looks good and will be a great addition to our home.

Had our blinds fitted from ABC blind today by van nguyen of A-Z installers . Very happy with the finished product matched our new patio prefectly . Van was very polite and cleaned up when he was finished and showed us how to use the blinds correctly. Will have them back again

Had a great experience from the showroom, to the first measure and quote and to the final installation - ABC were spot-on. I've previously bought vertical blinds from ABC and did a lot of shopping around for price at the time so I knew this time to go straight to ABC for my balcony retractable shade. Chris, who did the second measurement and installation was especially pleasant to deal with and took the time to do an accurate job. The bronze colour on the Windmaster manual wand is just perfect!

After initial misunderstanding with what alfresco blinds we wanted (due to building company error not ABC blinds) we have finally had the right blinds installed. We are very happy with them and the professionalism of the installer who did an excellent job (Greg Palmer of Alkimos Blinds & Shutters)

The guy who came out to do the check fit in regards to accurate measurements was the same person who went ahead and did the installation. Which is a great benefit regarding continuity.

We purchased our indoor blinds from ABC blinds. The customer service was amazing. We had a couple of products missing, so Jason came and not only went through and checked every blind but also taught me how to use and look after them. Just wanted to thank Jason for his enthusiasm, knowledge and bright bubbly personality! We are absolutely thrilled with our Blinds.

We had 3 blinds installed on end of patio. Great price, fantastic service. Alan came and did initial quote and measured up and was very helpful with information. We then had Van Nyugen of A-Z installers come measure again and then come and do installing, he was very polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself beautifully. We did have to have one adjusted, but that was location problem. Our neighbour had some installed years ago from Abc Blinds,which is how we saw them. Have wanted ever since, now we finally have. Ours are more to keep rain and wind out and although they are mesh they are very effective in doing this.

Although it took just a bit over 6 weeks from the time of our quote until the job was completed we are extremely happy with the finished product. The installer (Chris) was great, doing the job with minimum fuss and cleaning up before he left. Chris also walked us through the operation of the blinds and gave us helpful hints to get the best out of the product. We would highly recommend ABC Blinds.

Our visit to showrooms proved excellent. Angelo measured and solved some installation problems to our satisfaction. Chris installed the blind with a few improvisations and it turned out perfect.

We had our wind master blind installed by Chris. He did a great job, we have an older home and there was a bit of modification of the standard installation required.
Chris came up with a solution to install the blind to fit with our requirements.
