Have had our electric blind for several years now. ABC Blinds have provided a fantastic service when needed. In particular I would like to mention Jason whose knowledge is immeasurable. He is prompt, well presented and courteous. So, thank you ABC Blinds for employing such a person.

After having organised three quotes for our new outdoor blinds, we settle on ABC Blinds. Reasonable price, good looking product and good service is what got ABC Blinds the job. It didn't take too long for the blinds to be costumed made. Van Nguyen and his working partner did a great job installing the blinds. He was friendly, he programmed the remote and was happy to answer any questions I had. Thanks Van Nguyen :)

We’ve just had a set of made to measure blinds installed to our alfresco. They’ve turned an unusable space into an outdoor room. We can now have our breakfast there because the blinds shade us from the glare and direct sun, and we can now sit outside after sunset without fear of being constantly bitten by mozzies. We couldn’t be happier. Special mention to Bob De Graaf the installer. He was meticulous in his work and a lovely chap; especially with our dogs.

Installed roller blinds 3 years ago. All of a sudden there has been a considerable damage to just one blind which the tenant has said is either sun damage or wear and tear as they are low quality blinds after gaining advice from another awning business. I would really appreciate if abc blinds could respond to my email sent to them to support their product and prove that wear and tear of such an extent does not happen in just one year of a tenant using their product. After all it all comes down to the reputation and quality of their product.

1) Lengthy process from measurement to installation
2) No mention that we had to engage an Electrician, at our own expense
3) Very happy with the Blind, it will add an extra dimension to outdoor living
4) Bob, the installer was wonderful, professional, helpful, punctual & left the site clean

I believe that ABC does have a real problem in timely delivery, poor measurement, unknown staff responsibility and poor communication at all levels.I must thank Bob for the wonderful job he did in installing our blind.

ABC just installed an outdoor blind with guide rails, to match as closely as possible to existing blinds. The whole process has been professional from Gavin quoting to install. In particular special mention to Bob, the Installer, for his professionalism, punctuality & fastidiousness. Well done.

One of outdoor blinds was taken away to be fixed - not the fault of ABC. Because of the public holidays we were told it could not be re-installed for another week. This was a problem as we were having a 70th birthday for my husband and we were effectively losing our ‘outdoor room’. Also friends from UK were flying in and we were concerned as we live near a lake and thus mosquitoes can be a problem. I explained our problem to Jade and asked if it could be fitted this week. The fitters have been this morning. A big thank you to Jade and the ABC team. Having used ABC blinds since they started, we have always experienced wonderful service and great products.
