Dont waste your time
Dont bother if you're contacting them for the government subsidy upgrade. I organised it over 4 months ago, had confirmation by email my area was serviced by them and itd be done in 3 weeks. Only their sales team answer calls, and they openly admit youll never be able to reach their service team when you try and follow up. Today, over 4 months later, I get a txt saying my area doesnt have electricians servicing it,but theyll let me know when it does lol. Save yourself a big waste of time and try elsewhere.

It Wasnt a SCAM
Very happy with the service, bit of confusion regarding organising a date for installation. The electricians that showed up were very professional and discussed everything with me. Cost was exactly as explained so there were no surprises. We had 60 lights changed and there effect was immediate with better lighting in the house.

Seen the light

Good installation but poor phone response.
Tradesman arrived on time and completed job in a timely polite fashion.
Only complaint is that your confirmation of appointment emails only provided a date and did not confirm time as discussed in appointment conversation. Phone messages seeking confirmation of time were unanswered.

Win Win for both the Environment and Householders alike!
Changeover from Halogen to LED globes took less than 2 hours and with the NSW State Govt rebate, the cost is virtually free of charge ! Decision to proceed should be mandatory for all homeowners.

A Waste Of Time
After getting a mailbox flyer and registering for the"Energy Savings Scheme" on 3 October I was sent an email stating that they would contact me in two to three weeks. But no contact. After 4 weeks I left several voice messages on the phone number they gave in their email and still no response. I found another phone number for them on the internet and finally spoke to a person - who said their answering machine did not work due to "computer problems"! 9 December (noon to 5pm). After 5pm on the 9th they rang to say they were too busy and rescheduled to Tuesday 10 December (7 am to noon). After noon on the 10th they rang to say they were too busy and rescheduled to Wednesday 11 December (7 am to noon). The "electricians" finally arrived on the third day. They could not speak English clearly. I was previously given a price for the work over the phone (I have several dimmer switches), but when these two "electricians" arrived the total price was doubled. They said it was my fault for misinterpreting the price given in the phone call. They said if I was not happy they would just leave. Needless to say, I told them to leave straight away. Now that I have read the other reviews I know I made the right decision. I have worked with many electricians but these two were the worst I have dealt with. Anyone using this firm does so at their own risk. I would not like to have to call them back for any warranty work and given their attitude to customer service would be very wary of their workmanship. If this is the quality of service promoted and sponsored by the NSW Government then perhaps ICAC needs to investigate. Who knows - it could be just another "pink batts" fiasco in the making. I have now learnt my lesson and will always get my own properly qualified electrician. Electricity is too important (and dangerous) to leave to cowboys.Similar opinion? Unexpected improvement
The work was carried out professionally and courteously with
nothing too much trouble for the electrician. The LED's are a
great improvement on my old halogens with a clear bright light.

Led Lights
Accredited Power Saver Co came and changed my Halogon lights to LED lights. They did a fantastic Job. ( Actually the electricians that came did) I am very pleased with the replacement on my 16 lights all work perfectly

Good Value and Environmentally Friendly
Communications with APS were fine and the electrical contractor who replaced our halogen downlights was professional, efficient and courteous. Some of our downlights were not halogen and therefore not covered within the scheme. However, it is quite a while since I've been a consumer as pleased as I am with this purchase. Ken - New Lambton

Unprofessional - DONT USE - still nothing done after 3 appointments and 6 weeks
* I waited 8.5 hours for first guy to arrive then he did not bring in any ladder or bulbs etc. However he spent 45 mins looking at dimmers.switches etc and made a list of all the equipment he would need from Bunnings, which I purchased. Promised to be back next week and guaranteed 8am start.
* Did not show at all then 2 different men arrived after 7 hours but did not bring a big ladder so complained then left.
* Office made another appointment for 2 weeks later and promised early arrival. No one showed up but I did get a text saying they were running late but would DEFINITELY arrive. Waited 10 hours NO SHOW no calls no apologies.

Unsatisfactory.
Our Problem is with all the lights fitted with Dimmers. They flicker. Normal lights operating fine. Failure to address our representations regarding this problem. Our advise don't upgrade to dimmers.

Unbelievable!!!
Thought that this was a "con", when I got the brochure in the post. Far from it!!~! they replaced 24 halogen downlights at a cost to me of $33.00. The tradesmen arrived on time and installed the new globes and took away the old ones Fantastic

As long as the electrician has the globes in his van then yes. Our job inside the house did not have screw globes but externally because the electrician had a couple of spotlights in his van he changed ours. They were screw in spotlights.
