Totally disgusted with product & service
This trampoline is only used by grandchildren - approximately 10 times a year
Only one small child on trampoline at a time - 4 - 6 year olds
Not sure how safe due to falling apart - poles have broken, netting ripped, safety matting shredded - no response to complaint email

warranty)) but also the netting has torn & the padding around the trampoline has shredded - I realise that trampoline is out of warranty but thought that it would last longer than it has done seeing as it is rarely used and is relatively protected from weather elementsSimilar opinion? Doesn't last long
After 3 months of use the net ripped and has kept on ripping which is a chocking hazard to the kids. The velcro holding the net to the poll has all split and can't go around the polls anymore. I only give it another star as the rest of the trampoline is still in tact.

Hi Sleemo, this is unusual and is under normal circumstances is certainly a warranty claim if only 3 months old, have you contacted our service centre?

Absolute crap of a trampoline
Trampoline is torn too shreds, frame rusted, matt is torn and padding and net are in tatters. its like ive had this thing for 10 years. Its only just over 2 years old and im throwing it out, and when i rang for parts, it was more expensive than buying a new one . Dont buy there trampolines, in my opinion they are also very unsafe cause there not one bit weather proof,

Hi Omar, we have been supplying Trampolines to Rebel under their house label brand only for the last 3 years, and there was a lot of another company's trampolines in their store when we took over. Bu... Read more
t If it is one of ours I would be keen to see images, as some components might still be under warranty. We do have care instructions with our trampolines and its really advisable that they are followed, leaving anything in the weather for 2 years will have an impact on appearance, and especially if they are made of fabric like the netting and pads, these tips are designed to aid longevity. On the parts issue I agree they are expensive, but this is the same with just about everything, importing as separate components and storing and picking and packing and dispatching is a costly process compared to the cost of a new trampoline especially when a major retailer like Rebel uses their very efficient supply chains to pick up their stock from our factory in China. Please send your images to [email protected]I will forward you some images, and its deffinately one of your trampolines as i rang rebel before i rang your office. And your saying 2 years of weather exposure is going to do that to a trampolin... Read more

look forward to seeing the images Omar, I know what you are saying about older trampolines, but you should keep in mind that trampolines today sell for less than they did 15 years ago, that's primari... Read more
ly due to competition, and is achieved through changing specifications, to decrease price, thinner steel, thinner pads etc etc the equivalent quality of trampoline to the one you bought 15 years ago would now sell for close to $1200, we sell these too, but the market demands lower price points, our competitors bring them to the market and if we dont match their prices we lose business. Rebel to their great credit have realised this, and now buy a much higher specification product from us.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

refused to honour warranty with 2nd issue.
Pin came loose causing leg pole to go through mat. Fortunately not empaling my grandson. We were told that it was our negligence. Poor maintenance. By the looks of the mat the manager said it hadn't been looked after. Apparently when we move it to mow the grass this can cause the pins to come loose and this is our fault.
Very sad that i didn't listen to daughter and friend who said purchase the kmart trampoline which was cheaper and they have been extremely happy with theirs. Managers and sales staff continually passed me around to eac...Read more

or at least not correctly, nor was it broken,as it can be seen intact in the photo. At the later time when the trampoline was lifted to move it, the unsecured leg will have fallen out of its socket and its open end rested under the mat, which it subsequently broke through during use. Trampolines are put under considerable duress in use, the height a jumper achieves multiplies the force of their weight when they land on the mat. Correct assembly is so important on an item of this nature, not inserting the pins to secure the legs is akin to not fastening the front wheel on a bicycle. This is demonstrated in the instructions and in video on our website. I am sorry for the issues you have had but we cannot honour warranty claims where incorrect assembly is at fault.Similar opinion? Serious safety issues, should be recalled
This trampoline tore in half as my 9 year old son jumped. He could have broken a leg as he fell through to the ground. This is a serious manufacturer fault and potentially deadly. This product should be recalled it is a serious health risk. Action did not respond to my emails to them. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Cheap, Nasty, Fell to Pieces
Do Not Buy!
One might joke that they must have put some effort into designing this so that it fell to pieces so rapidly.
We have had out 12 foot KS0120 trampoline for a few years, so I can't remember the exact dates of failure.
First the pads over the springs appeared to depolymerise, and bits of pad and foam spread all over the garden. Then the net came to pieces, bit by bit. The springs had started to rust when the thing was set up. The spring loops on the mat pulled out at random, and - according to the boys - springs whizzed about at s...Read more

Poor quality very dangerous
Tramp is 6 months old and springs have been snapping and flying off. Weight limit is 120kg and heaviest user is 60 odd. Action say it's not suited to high skill levels? Our heaviest son jumps up and down, no tricks etc. we are going to NCAT, it's not fit for purpose- jumping is snapping the springs. Do not buy.

Do not buy very dangerous
I purchased the 13ft trampoline 2 weeks ago for my kids for Christmas.. 2 of my children were jumping on the trampoline when the whole side collapsed and the legs gave way at the same time causing my kids to fall through and get some nasty bumps and bruises lucky they didn't get any worse injuries.. This product is faulty.. When I called action sports they told me that only one child should be on the trampoline at a time!!!

d that we can access online makes the same claim. This warning also appears on the placard on the netting, a sewn in label on the mat, another on the pads and a sticker on the leg of the trampoline. It would be difficult to miss this if you owned the trampoline or read the instructions when assembling it.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Poor quality, Extremely poor customer service
We kept our trampoline under cover and was not used a great deal by our 3 year old. When the net ripped (in less than 9 months) we were told it was due to excessive force". After being asked to find receipts, send multiple photo's and poor communication, we were told the same thing. Definitely a shonky product that I would not go near again even if it was free!!! I will definitely spend the extra money and get another brand next time.

Action do not sell Toys R Us a 9' trampoline
Not anymore obviously! Even if it was an eight foot trampoline I would advise people to steer away from it!

Absolute Crap
Don't buy this product. For something that people buy to be safe for kids I have no idea how they allow this to come in to Australia. The pads, nets, etc. fall apart in less than a year and customer service is a non existent joke. Pay a bit extra and buy a real one.

Flimsy, terrible quality products. Do not recommend.
I have purchased 3 action sports products, all have failed to last. I have had to replace all 3 products with a different brand. I would never buy Action again. The latest product being a 6ft trampoline. I have emailed requesting pricing to replace affected parts, and almost a week later no response. I have decided to buy another branded trampoline. Products are crap. Customer service is non existent. I recommend you stay away from this brand and pay a bit extra for another brand of better quality.

disgusted
I bought an action 8 ft trampoline this year, lasted two months before the springs expanded and my children (the oldest 14) could no longer jump on it. Was disappointed with the warranty service. Called and also emailed every second day to the company for new springs but nothing was done.

stay away!!
We have had the trampoline for 4 weeks when the stitching on the mat had come undone. Contacted the Action spare parts call centre to replace mat. still waiting 5 weeks later. Have called only to be told that she does not know when the replacement mat will be sent out as they are changing warehouse??? NOT MY PROBLEM. when asked for a refund on my $400+ trampoline was told that i need to go back to where i purchased it from. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this brand!!

Waste of money
Just replaced 3rd mat in 12 months. Stitching comes undone making the springs come lose And the mat ripped
Kids weigh under 50kg. Weight should be up to 120kg. Net zipper broke and pads rotted away in under 12 months. Last trampoline mat lasted 8 years. Not happy . Crap quality

Just another disappointed customer
So we ended up getting the 12 ft because it had the appropriate weight ration for one of us to get on with the kids. From that respect, it's fine, however like almost everyone else, the pads and net are completely trashed and cost almost as much as a new trampoline!

Terrible
Just over 12 months old and the mat, netting and pads all need to be replaced. The net and pads have deteriorated in the weather and have big holes in them, and the spring-free mat is so loose the kids can't even jump on it anymore. I now have a 12 ft trampoline that takes up the entire backyard that is useless. Total waste of $600.

Awful
Only had this trampoline for a couple of years and my daughters leg fell through the mat. She ended up having quite alot of tiny fibres in her skin which most were removed in hospital. We will be contacting the company tomorrow and we have photos of before and after they were removed.

Like others, agree it's terrible quality
Our daughter received this as a gift from her grandmother. Within 12 months, the spring padding began to fade and disintegrate. One of the netting poles bent in the wind and the netting itself was starting to tear. We had moved states and didn't actually set up the trampoline until a year after it was purchased, so we didn't see the wear until it was out of warranty. We bought new spring padding to extend its life but now the protective net is torn to pieces and needs replacing. The fact it is an odd number (9 foot) makes after market parts harder to get and more expensive. The whole thing will be landfill soon, not even 2 years after it being set up for the first time. A colossal failure of a product.

These trampolines are low cost but terrible quality. Had to throw it out after just a few years. Padding, nets disintegrate within a year, replacement parts overpriced and not worth it. Poles not sturdy and bent in the wind. The base is the only ok part, although springs rusted easily. Had terrible time putting it together because incorrect and faulty parts provided - took ages to sort out. You're definitely better off paying for something better quality.
