Love My Ducted System
Had our Actron ESP system installed a year ago and it has done a great job over two winters and one summer now. No complaints at all, we run it pretty consistently and thankfully the power bills have not been too shocking at all. Nice to be using an Australian product.

Worst Warranty Service ever experienced.
Over 7 weeks ago I reported to ActronAir problems that we were experiencing with our 1.5 year old ESP ducted system. Their system is that you report warranty claims to them and they arrange the repairer to come out. After 2 weeks a young bloke from Weston and Weston, Wagga came out unannounced at 8am in the morning and made it quite clear that he knew nothing of these systems and in fact it was the first that he had ever seen. t the wi fi module was probably the problem and he would order one under warranty. That was over 5 weeks ago and I have complained to Weston and Weston and I have complained to ActronAir. Their customer service person did not think that it was unsatisfactory that nothing has been done to date neither has anyone contacted us re the delay. Appalling customer service and I can say that we are not that happy with the performance of the unit either.

Excellent - Que
We installed the que system ( top of The line) in sept 18. It has Keep us cool during the summer . Our electric bill was $100 more than the previous quarter, so very efficient. The app allows you to control the entire house and it’s zones,, but doesn’t immediately sync with the system, a small issue they are working on apparently. But otherwise very happy. Actron have provided a great service to date. Message to Actron...a nice feature to have would be to increase the fan airflow when the system is on standby.

Awesome Australian made product!
I had a Classic installed at my place two years ago and it is running very well. Cools the house down fast and the controls are easy to use. A great product and would not hesitate to recommend any ActronAir product to friends and family.

Exceptional Service from start to finish
Actron Air Conditioning was recommended by a friend. I sent my request for a quote on the Actron Air website and included a copy of the floor plan. I received a quote within a couple of days and the air conditioning was installed the following week. hey arrived when the said they would and there were 4 workers. They started about 7.30am and were finished by about 3pm. Apart from the fact that there are air conditioning grills in the ceiling you would never have known that they had been there. lers were polite and everything went without a hitch. Overall I was very impressed with the complete job. I now have air conditioning that has 5 zones and each zone can be set at a different temperature if required. The fan adjusts as to the number of zones that are on the the external unit is not all that noise especially as their are 10 outlets.2 comments

Well worth the investment
System installed and commissioned all in one day. Had it running during consistent highs (above 35 for several days in a row over several different occassions) and it was able to keep the whole house cool and comfortable without any issue. Zone control is very handy.

High end, high quality, superb product
We purchased the Que model, more pricey but worth it. The run of 40 degree plus days were not a bother to the unit. The Wife is happy, it saved the marriage. !

Great product and it’s Australian
We replaced our ducted Daiken with an Actron ducted system and we couldn’t be happier. The new systems output is almost double the old one and consumes less power!
