Me and my Family are so happy with our home. I waited 1 year to do this review as I wanted this to be accurate and make sure the house is settled. The best thing about Adenbrook is the finish. The house still looks amazing and my kids are happy.

Our first home was a land and home package with Adenbrook, we were extremely happy with their service so we decided to build a second home with this amazing team again.
With our high standard expectation from the previous experience, and Again, our expectation was met from day 1 until the Hand over date. Even a small issue from water tap, we called the team and adenbrook sent his plumber out straight away the next day. So impressive.
Again thank you guys and hopefully we will have our 3rd project with you soon.

Unfortunately due to financial issues we couldn't build our house. However! from the first appointment to every detail of the house the team at adenbrook was amazing. Any changes or any thing we wanted in the floor plan to every tiny detail the team provided time and effort to achieve it. Renee, Daban and Matt were soo amazing - they patiently worked with us and listened to every concern we had. I would recommend Adenbeook to everyone as they have the best team! and ideas on the market. One day hopefully we can built with them.

This is our second property built by Adenbrook Team and we are very happy with how Adenbrook team has been helping us from start to finish from HO team all the way to builders with the right choice and the right prices.

Being my first home I built, Adenbrook made it so easy from the staff at the display home to the site managers and admin staff. No question was too hard and their patience was endless. After doing the rounds of display homes we finally settled on Adenbrook Homes simply because the end result looked to be of a much higher standard than other building companies.
Niki was more than helpful getting everything up and running and Kirsty kept us well updated with all the relevant information about the build as it progressed. Shane managed the whole build with no hiccups and was great with advice about some choices we thought about making.
We were also lucky enough to sign up whilst their summer promotion was running which for an extra $2000 gave us extras that added a considerable amount to the value of the house.
We will definitely build with them again.

Great company to deal with, friendly staff and eager to please. Personalised experienced to suit our needs. Construction process was relatively quick and easy. Never felt as if I was getting cheated or been taken for a ride, they are honest builders . Would build with adenbrook again. No issues or regrets.

We decided to build our first home with Adenbrook as we had friends who had done the same, and we couldn't be happier. From planning and design right throughout the build process everyone was fantastic to work with. Any questions or queries we had were addressed very quickly, and the service doesnt stop once the house is built. Thank you to all of the staff for making the process enjoyable and stress free. The sales team were fantastic and went out of their way to help us. We loved that we could customise our floor plan significantly. The team were able to come up with great solutions so thay we could fit in everything we wanted. All steps of the build was explained to us and went to plan. Post construction we were able to access prompt resolutions to any issues.

Adenbrook Homes Coffs Harbour was highly recommended to me, after meeting Nikki in the display home and having a chat with her I decided to go ahead.
The entire process was smooth and straight forward. The team was more than happy to accomadate any changes I needed to make to the plan, and also undoing some things I changed my mind about. The cost was spot on from day one and the build was finished on time. After moving in, there was a couple of minor things that needed touching up, once this was addressed with adenbrook homes, the contractors were in contact with me the very next day to resolve. Overall I'm very impressed with everything, the communication, efficiency, cost, and the end result of my home.
