Ever since our home was handed over back in December 2018 there has been nothing but issues, the fact it was a challenge to get a hold of our builder (project manager) during the build and after shows just how un-professional Adenbrook really is, very disappointed! The fact that we had a stair-hand rail loose for over 6 months (despite being part of the maintenance list) shows how much Adenbrook cares about safety. We are honestly tired and exhausted.

We're very happy with our Adenbrook home! Adam at the Marsden Park display village started us on our journey and he was fantastic from the beginning. From there, we've dealt with various people in the office - Roy was particularly helpful! Our site supervisor - Mike - made sure he kept us up to date with each stage of the build. From the start of our interaction with the office at Marsden park dealing with Adam from sales was very pleasant and brilliant service. We found him to be very genuine and accomodating. The inclusions that we got were totally fantastic and we felt we had a good deal with quality inclusions.

The head office staff who facilitated the later stages, were very approachable and made sure that were happy with all the details being laid out before the construction began. We had a good experience with Adenbrook homes. Our Admin lady Mel was fantastic, she was extremely helpful with answering all of our queries throughout the whole process. As soon as the build started everything ran really smoothly with no major delays or added expenses.
