Aeropets really helped me to get my pets from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast in an unprecedented time of turmoil (Coronavirus) I was able to luckily get my cats to me. I am so great full of the team at Aeropets that made this possible and will be forever great full. Great service, communication and cost was more than acceptable. My cats were picked up from a house and I picked them up from the airport. It was very seamless and easy to do. Again thank you to those at Aeropets it is really appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Basically acted as an overpriced booking agent. My cats should have been booked as a passenger pet but were booked as freight despite clear communication on my part. I was charged significantly more than I would have been if I had booked direct with airline. I dropped off and collected animals myself. No response to communication since flight. Avoid and book with the airline yourself

Aeropets were so helpful answering my hundreds of questions and helping my 2 dogs and cat travel from Perth to Auckland smoothly and without incident. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

I booked Aeropets to transport my very anxious cat from Adelaide to Sydney with a pick up on both ends. The quote was very straight forward and they told me exactly what time they would pick her up and which flight she would be on. They were on time at both ends and delivered to me a very happy, healthy cat. I will definitely use the again.

I could not have asked for a better service. Aeropets team helped us move all the way from Brisbane to Zurich in Switzerland and I am so grateful I chose AeroPets to organise my pets transport. I have a Little terrier Dog and he is already 16 years old. They looked after him so well and gave him the Special care he Needs. My other dog is a sensitive Border Collie and also he was looked after very well.

Huge thank you to Aeropets Brisbane and to the very helpful Belinda. The whole process from first contact to picking Ralph up the day before his flight was so easy. Communication was excellent. Ralph arrived safely and is now with his loving family in Auckland. Will definitely use you guys again when they return in 3 or so years.

When we arrived to collect Duke he was already waiting for us in the crate. I was surprised how relaxed he was, considering he had only ever left the property where he was born once and that was to visit the vets.
