Scam for warranty
When I tried to transfer the extended warranty, I submitted all the paperwork and send to the AHG within the time period. About 2 weeks later I call to confirm if they have received the transfer and paperwork. They said let me search and can’t find it. Later told too bad you have missed the time period. That said I will never support AHG for generations to come and will advise all family and friends again it. Worse experience ever and a scam who should be investigated in the law of court.

Stay far away (NuFord Wangara)
Service and after sales of a brand new car, they don’t follow ACL and in fact drag it out for literally years of back and forth and then claim “it’s been too long”,
Absolutely the worst car yard ever!
It used to be great in the 90’s when it wasn’t AHG :(
Customers for life my foot - what a joke!
More like customers who hold grudges against them for life!

BMW Melbourne
BMW Melbourne use to have customer service - then AHG took over and customer service went out the door - assume part of the package and why alot of staff have left BMW Melbourne. It is now close to 12 months since I sent a letter to the Manager at BMW Melbourne about cost of my service and he or she has failed to respond - my moto never buy a car from a company associated with AHG .

AHG Nuford Wangara
Old school cowboy dealership. Check the car independently as the 100 point check isn't worth the paper it's written on. Also check the car history with a fine tooth comb. Do not take the hard sell warranty from the bulldog they use to sell it to you and certainly do not rely on them to honour the terms of sale even if something is written into the contract. Absolute worst of the worst. Also, go late on a Friday when they're closing up and you will overhear exactly what the sales staff think of their customers. I won't go into what I heard here as it's anecdotal, but rest assured you are money-fodder, nothing more. Horrible, horrible company.

AHG Premium Vehicle Extended Warranty Scam
I was offered this warranty at the time of my car purchase at Mazda Jason, was told that it covers all items mechanical and electrical. Took my car to Nissan Cannington for a periodical service, was told the there is an issue with the transmission support mount and it’s not covered under warranty.
This is a complete scam if that part is not covered why do they overcommit when they cannot deliver.
Will cancel this policy and will also be contacting the Australian consumer ombudsman.
Pleas do not fall into their web of lies and over commitment.
Stay clear from AHG INSURANCE

not transferrable
it is a money grab! after purchasing a used car found out that the AHG warranty is not transferrable. Mornington Nissan said that this is actually 'customer care' which covers 'very minor problems' ... sounds like they are not confident about their own product. Also found out that dealer gives it away without extra cost - you get what you pay for. For AHG, you get close to nothing because that is what you paid.

Total Nissan Service Centre (Cannington, Perth) - Worst Nightmare
I checked in my Nissan car for a routine service (oil & filter change) and replacement of front wiper blades on 1 Aug 2018. It was my first time dealing with this service centre out of convenience because I had other business in that area.
To my horror, the service centre had removed my original Nissan wipers (imagine that the wiper has 2 parts - rib & blade) and fitted my car with oem non-Nissan wipers (see photo) without my permission. I did not know that at all until I switched on the wipers in the rain, and the passenger side wiper was m...Read more
aking noise on return stroke. These oem wipers did not fit. One was too long, and was hitting the side of the wind screen trim. The other one did not sweep well leaving streaks of water on the screen. On 2 Aug, I brought the car to the service centre. I asked a refund and my original wipers back. The service manager rejected my request. I was told me that the wipers were dumped. The remedy offered was to cut the wiper shorter. I was not happy. So I called and wrote to Nissan HQ in Victoria. On 6 Aug, a customer service person named "[name removed]" called and told me that Nissan HQ would not intervene or mediate with the service centre concerned. No one took any responsibility although so much was said about genuine Nissan parts from Nissan service centres. On 6 Aug, I lodged a complaint with the consumer protection dept.Similar opinion? Very worrying and stressfully.
Poor information, no documentation. I was told to take my car to a particular service centre and have done twice but was told the warranty is voided because I didn’t do the 6 month services which I didn’t know I had to. When I contacted the dealer about this I was told I might have voided my Mitsubishi warranty because I didn’t get the services at Mitsubishi! Totally confused and frustrated. I’m going to my local Mitsubishi service next time.

Pathetic. Stay away. Not worth the paper it's not written on.
We bought a brand new Mitsubishi ASX from Frankston Mitsubishi in 2013. We were told as long as we kept getting it serviced at Mitsubishi, the warranty would be extended also. We haven't missed a service, which cost a small fortune by the way. Recently, the doors stopped locking. We took it to Mitsubishi to have it fixed under warranty. I don't know why I thought it would be covered under warranty. Anyway, the dealer told us the door actuator wasn't covered. We argued with him, told him about the extended warranty etc. He made a call in front ...Read more
of us and came back saying he could do half of the almost $1,000 under 'goodwill'. So we said go ahead. He said he would order the part and get back to us by the end of the week. It's been a month and nothing, so I dropped in today. Now he says he hasn't ordered it because he didn't get the go ahead from us. Says he needs permission to go ahead because he cant order the parts until he gets the all clear for the good will. Then he straight out lied to me, saying he never made the call to get the good will in front of us the last time we were in, and that we never gave him the go ahead. We still can't lock the car, the warranty is worthless, and we've been constantly lied to. Stay away from mitsubishi. Can't be trusted.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
In breach of the Australian consumer Law, not honoring statutory warranties.
I bought a car with presale conditional works as identified by RACV.
Mornington Auto group (part of AHG) assured me the works were complete, but could not supply a copy of the work order. Only a road worthy certificate (which also showed works complete, which were not).
I then got the car inspected at the end of the three month warranty period by the RAA, which identified most of the same issues that were apparently fixed as part of the presale condition.
I've tried very hard to resolve the issue, but Mornington motor group and the AHG GM in...Read more

Worst.. ever- car was worse after service!
Was sold a Kia Cerato in Joondalup.. apparently they have a 100 point safety check- but I was sold a car with close to no brake pads and the whirring sound (that we were concerned about - and the mechanic didn’t find anything to be concerned about) my partner shortly after discover that the rim was bent and hence the tire wears out super quick.
Had a service and it was beyond a joke. Will spend the rest of the day fixing it and try and find the rattling sound which it didn’t have before today.
Will never go back to this place and strongly recommend others to avoid the place at all costs. This was at the Edgewater/Joondalup one.

Crooked service department, Titan Ford Melville
In 2010 we bought a Ford Focus new, turned out to have one of the infamous faulty Powershift transmissions, which Titan Ford Melville's service dept claimed they couldn't find anything wrong with. Also had faulty windscreen wipers, which stopped intermittently, Titan Ford service dept again claimed they could find nothing wrong. We moved the car on after a year, and will NEVER buy another Ford, nor buy any vehicle from crooked AHG dealerships.
Ford finally copped a paltry $10 million fine this year (2018), see here: [link removed]

Buyer beware!!! Nightmare experience (Nuford Wangara)
So many bad reviews! I wish I had seen these before buying my car.
I purchased a used car from Nuford Wangara late 2017. Within 3 months I noticed the smell of burning oil so I got it checked out once the first service was due. Nuford picked up that there was a minor oil leak, washed it down and said they'd recheck it on the next service. Had the second service done and now the oil leak was much worse. I was quoted with $3300 to have it fixed. 3 months of having the car and it already needed $3300 to fix it. I even purchased a "premium" used ...Read more

Wangara Kia/Suzuki
Organised a part under warranty and was meant to be there so it could be repaired this morning before I had to pick up my wife from hospital. Get there and no part ordered. So they look at it and say yes it needs to be repaired, Oh by the way u can bring it in a week and we will have it there, I’m not taking a day off work and drive 2 1/4hrs to Wangara to get it fixed, this why I rang early to get the part there. Also had the car for over 12 months and a vibration in it still from when I bought it and they say it has to be 40% worn or more to replace. What will happen when tail shaft breaks and I end up in a bloody tree, in hospital or god forbid dead. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!

WANGARA KIA/SUZUKI Avoid at all costs!
Bought my Ranger, delivered with only 3 of the front wheel nuts in place, albeit finger tight, fortunately other 3 found floating in hubcap!
Had new LEGAL tyres fitted straight up. Went in for steering play, came out and a short while later, the new Mickey T's were half scrubbed away on front. Alignment stats....22' out on the front . Just today, picked up again after steering idler replaced, pulling me off road to left badly. Inside edges of fronts noticably worn after only 40km (turned around half way home!) Paid someone ese to do an alignmn...Read more

$24 to put a indicator globe for a 3 minute task
Have always got my car serviced at AHG,generally quite good. I had to get a taillight globe replaced which I was aware of and should have done it before the service.
They charged me $24 to put it in and $6 for the globe. When I questioned the price they said it was a standard price.Because I was upset about the ridiculous price they say they would refund it and then changed there mind and said it would come off my next service.... which obviously I won’t be going back.
Previously I went to super cheap auto and they put in in for nothing.
What a rip off.....
