Issues
Had tv for just over 1 month and Netflix and some other apps dont work for longer than a few minutes before the screen goes black and you are taken back to the tvs homescreen.
Purchased in November 2021 at ALDI for A$800.00.

This is a tv with great raphics
It is a great TV with awesome graphics and the sound isn't to soft. It is a great purchase for the price and I would highly recommend it for anyone else that needs a TV.
Purchased in October 2021 at Kogan.com for A$450.00.

You could try unplugging it, giving it a minute and plugging it back in. Other than that if it's in warranty contact Tempo.

Hi Helen - can't answer this! MY problem was with the 55" May19. But, though others thought 55" was great - many others had problems ( all had Different problems!!!!) Annoyed as Braun/Aldi used to be excellent - my older (Not 4k sadly) working Fine. Will I buy another Braun? Yep .. BUT will Insist on Refund if Not Happy* {Fair Trading NSW: Repair: Replace: Refund (our choice)}. Usually only 1 year Guarantee - BUT Fair Trading Law - Customers are Entitled & Protected on Goods having a Reasonable Life Span! {*Open to interpretation - soooo 3 - 4 years???}
By then FIVE G will be "the norm"
Which is my ropeable problem - THREE (Braum) perfectly working TVs ...None 4G!!

Where is the micro SD port? The manual has it on the side 2 down from the USB port. Not there on my TV.
