Not as good as I thought!
Bought this fan December 2018 and it worked beautifully all that summer and a few times this spring of 2022. Suddenly it has failed - it only fires up intermittently and then stops, sending out beeps from the ceiling. Replaced the battery but no change. Rang 1800 number but at 2.40pm Friday 29/11 they have closed for 'Christmas festivities' and not open until Monday. Would appreciate any suggestions from anyone who has had a similar experience.
Purchased in December 2021 for $199.00.

Could not get fan to work and customer service at CASa Life poor
Bought 3 dc fans. 2 worked and one would not power up. Rang customer service 3 times eventually a person spoke to me and said she would send instructions to sync the fan nothing about this in the instruction. Still waiting for the email after she said she would send straight away.
All other comments I totally agree with.

Great quality fan
Great quality fan for the money...paid $99 on special
Easy to install albeit a little congested withl the controller and all the wires to fit in the cover dome, would be easier if the blades could be fitted after install rather than before.
led light is very bright for a small room.
Remote is vety easy to use with good features such as timed shutdown.
Overall a great fan.

Works great
Works great - original review was negative, but it turned out the electrician was the problem, he didn't check that the connections were ... what's it called? oh, that's it .. CONNECTED
Turns out this fan is absolutely great! Looks good, works great, and far cheaper than anything else on the market

2018 Casalife fan 3 blade
Had an electician out to fit in our bedroom. Found brand new fan had a faulty reciever fan does not work. Once electician plugged receiver in all pluggs were loose and arching. Really disappointing fan paid in full..electrician had to be paid as he fully wired it up and unstalled it. $400 dollars later in total a ceiling fan that does not operate. Told to email warranty proof of purchase to eglolighting so just waiting on reply. All up not worth the hassles and havent even swirched it on.

Do you have a manual, we have finally had it installed in June and now that we need it doesn't seem to work.

Sorry the fans I returned were Henley fans. Didnt keep anything from the boxes.
If it doesn't work you will probably need a licensed electrician to look at it unless you have a remote control with it, in which case check the batteries. otherwise there are no serviceable parts as such.

Well, what I didn't realise was that because the person who installed the fan (which replaced an existing fan) was not qualified (like, has done theatre lighting and home stuff for 40 years) there was... Read more
no warranty. That's life. The person on the warranty number said that the fan needed a new receiver which had to be ordered by a supplier, so followed that through and cost of receiver was $60 plus $30 postage plus then of course I needed to have a qualified electrician do the repair. The electrician I spoke to said it could possibly be the motor, not the receiver. Geez! When a week later the part had not arrived I cancelled the order and will now start again, but NOT with a fan from Audi - I mean, this fan worked perfectly for one summer and then failed - well to me, that's just not good enough. The previous fan was still working 18 years after it was installed but it was getting a bit noisy.
