Hi Brencav,

Thank you for your enquiry. We regret to inform you that this part is no longer available and as this is an item that we no longer sell, we won’t be getting this part in again. I have checked but I’m afraid we don’t have any compatible parts either.

Regards,
Tempo

Easy Home Convection Heater (May 2018, Apr 2022)

If I set up the thermostat to a certain temperature and leave the appliance on, I understand this will stop working once the temp hits the max I've entered. However, will it start working again once the temp goes lower to the one I set up? (My aim is to maintain a certain temp in the room during the night)
Thanks

Hi Irene the heater does come back on and I used mine to maintain a constant temperature in our bedroom successfully. My problem was that after preheated the room for about 45minutes the element shorted on the aluminum cover causing it to melt and drip onto the carpet causing a fire. Heater worked well but don't leave unattended. Hope this helps.

Easy Home Convection Heater (May 2018, Apr 2022)

Hi
I have a question. Could someone send a link to the user manual for this heater. Please. Or maybe someone knows if the tolerance between turning on the heater can be changed. That is, it switches off at exactly the set temperature, for example 20 ° C. But it only turns on again at 16 ° C. Or is it normal for this radiator model tolerance 4 ° C ?
Thank you for each hint.

Is there a manual that comes with this heater? Are there spare parts available? I need a bracket for an existing one.

You would need to contact the Aldi office about spare parts, the heater is pretty basic & I didn't think needed a manual.

The blue light rrmains on the whole time, you can't switch it off. We use an old buisness card with a bit of blue tac to cover it.

Thanks for replying Ezz.
That’s a shame that it doesn’t turn off.

When the temp drops to below the temp set the heater and fan does not seem to turn back on. Any others report this?

Heater comes on and display lights up but does not heat. Have tried with the various heat settings, when clicking the 1400 and 2400 button it goes to the fourth option which shows (I think) a snowflake top right and the temp settings are 13 and 7. How do I reset?
