i have a aldi stiring str-23rsjaif that has a fault code of "eu" need help was brought from sunshine store in 2017

My air conditioner won't turn on anymore and I can't find any buttons on the unit to turn it on/off. The remote control appears to be working but nothing happens on the air conditioning unit when I use it. Has anyone else had this problem? Aldi/stirling customer service has been useless.
