Water tastes so much better when filtered with the UltraStream. Easy to install the above bench system and quick to use. Best customer service as well! I had issues with the courier service delivering to the wrong address as they wouldn’t respond so I called alkaway and they found out what had happened and kept in touch with me until I received my filter.

One of the best filters in terms of ‘value for money.’ Our water now tastes so much better & it feels so much lighter & easier to drink. Australia puts so much fluoride in water & this has harmful effects on your body, so got the extra fluoride remover. Since getting this filter, my health condition has improved. Would highly recommend this filtration system :)

I purchased a alkaway ultrastream system awhile ago and the system started to leak out water everywhere.... i contacted the person i purchased it from and he replaced the filter and fixed the leak however I had to pay for the new filter even though the unit was faulty - not really happy about that - so I dont want to go back to him...... Now that i need a new filter I have realised i have no base? They never gave me the base back and it is all open in the bottom of the unit?.... extremely frustrating.....

So I am needing a new filter and another base! this is going to be an expensive exercise - can anyone tell me who to go to for this... i live in Brisbane

I purchased my ultrastream alkaway over two years ago now and I have to say it was the best decision I even made! In fact I am based in the UK and this product is unrivalled for its quality and price in the market place. Other comparables are extremely costly. However the ultrastream is incredible value! This has transformed our water from hazy and distasteful to fresh, clear and wonderful. Fantastic company and incredible product! Really really pleased!

Bought ultrastream water filter, first the water tastes like fish, and i tested the water for hydrogen, you already guest it, zero hydrogen, nothing, I want this problem fixed before i start posting videos about this terrible filter, i have an aquagear water filter, and it makes the same Ph as the ultrastream, for a filter that costs $70, i tested utrastream water several times with the same dismal results, if alkaway is reading this, plz contact me to help me fix this problem. Thank you.

About 5 yrs ago, I was looking at quality water filters but they were right out of my price range. Alkaway was one company I checked for filters. At the time the Ultrastream wasn’t available but in the works. It certainly was an answer to prayer for me.
It takes out all the nasties and puts in the good stuff. I think it is reasonably priced for what it does. I cannot drink tap water anymore and even some bottle water has a funny taste.
It is well worth having. Also very fast delivery and great customer service.

Hi, We are on tank water and have had the UltraStream for a couple of years and it tastes wonderful. Our tank is about 20 years old, perhaps Lori W needs to clean her pipes or tank. We dislike buying bottled water because of the plastic pollution and refill our own bottles and take it with us. It tastes way better.

We have been using our ultra stream filter for 3 weeks and are very impressed. Adelaide is known for its foul tasting water. Never knew water can taste this good. I have an under sink Ultrastream and it tastes terrible from day one. I am on tank water and did explain this at the time of purchase. I also have two filters at the water tanks before our drinking water gets to the Ultrastream. We change these filters every 6 months.

I just want to focus on expressing my thoughts on Alkaway's amazing customer service. They have been extremely helpful, and have such a solid genuine customer focused mantra, I would say they are one of the best companies you could ever deal with, if any issues arise they will be happy to help, so thank you Alkaway!

I've been using it for four years now. No faults so far and customer service is top notch. One of the earlier replacement filter I had was bad and broke. The company replaced it immediately. The only problem I have is that the rubber at the bottom of the unit (to prevent slipping) gets loose easily

I recognize this product by a Facebook link, it is a mineral water ionizer without electricity. Very easy to install.
The taste is very very good. It removes out chlorine and fluoride, very good product. We enjoy it really a lot.

The Ultrastream has filtration test results for the life of the filter.
The test have been done by an independent tester.
It is made in the USA in a highly certified factory. I found independent test results for H2 too.
The H2 in the water is really making a difference to my health and energy. I found out H2 is made by electric water alkalisers which are much, much more expensive.
It makes alkaline water. It filters out fluoride, chemicals, heavy metals and more.
All I can say is don't trust Chinese made filters as my experience was bad!

I used to have electric water ionizer and it was always having to be repaired because of calcium problems. When I was told that the Ultrastream would be better than my electric unit which I paid so much money for I was a very skeptical but I am very glad to say that I needn't have been. Another benefit is the filtration, it even takes out fluoride. I had to have all sorts of prefilters with my previous electric water ioniser but with this one everything is in the one filter. So much easier in so many ways.

Yes, I admit it, I am a water snob thanks to my Ultrastream. I can't go anywhere without my Ultrastream water. Once you've tried it there is no going back to tap water. Tap water just tastes foul to me now. I think the fact that the Ultrastream produces extra hydrogen makes a big difference to how hydrating this water tastes. The Ultrastram is not like other water filters that just take out some of the nasty chemicals. It actually takes out almost all the nasties plus puts in amazing health giving alkaline minerals. I also love that I have it installed under my sink so that I don't need a bulky filter on top of my bench. My kids love drinking Ultrastream water and have become water snobs too.
