Stephen and John were super helpful in assisting me with an insurance claim I was making for a motor damaged fridge. Stephen even took a look at my dishwasher while onsite and got that working to. Claim was approved. Fantastic. Very happy

I don't normally bother with reviews, but All appliance really saved the day for me. Commercial Eswood dishwasher broke down on me on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. We were preparing for a 200 person Christmas day function on the 25th. Stephen came straight over and within 2 hours the dishwasher was working again. I am eternally grateful for that. These people really saved the day for us.

He didn't have the correct screw driver to open the coffee machine, replaced and billed me for the pump. the machine still doesn't work. He disconnects my call when i try and resolve
Very costly experience

He opened inside the fridge and can not fix the fridge. Now broken and water is coming from inside. please see the attached photos of my fridge. very bad experience.

Got a recent kitchen renovation done.Was searching for assistance in having my appliances put in. Stephen and John at All Appliance Australia were very helpful. Contacted the guys at All Appliance for help with a rangehood that was constantly tripping off the power. Technician was very helpful. He repaired a broken contact on the controller and got it working, saving me from ordering expensive parts from overseas.

I have contacted All Appliance Repair about a possibly faulty fridge. They were very prompt to reply within an hour to my enquiry. They even went the extra mile in advising over the phone about other possible electrical causes. Although we didn’t end up needing their service as it wasn’t a faulty appliance after all but I’m very impressed with their prompt communication and helpful advice even though it was over the phone. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs urgent repair of their appliance - very fast and super helpful.

Very impressed with the quality and promptness of this company. Had an oven installed and old one taken away. The old oven was big and too heavy for me to lift. I am only short. How Steve got it down 2 flights of stairs and out through my narrow driveway on his own shows a true professional at work.
