I have been looking for the springs for my ride on mower deck for a while and found them at All Mower Spares. I was easily able to match them up with the description and measurements that were shown on their online shop. The goods were received in a timely manner and they were exactly what I was looking for. I have since then, been trying to match up the deck belt and they have responded quickly and have found the belt I need. I have found their service to be quick and courteous and will continue to source all my mower needs through them. Thanks Dan

Sourcing fuel tap for a 35 yr old mower
After going to a number of local mower shops and purchasing fuel tapes that apparently would do the job all failed at our expense. Found you online and after a few quick questions and replies from you our CORRECT part was ordered and on its way with regular notifications along the way even out of hours. Was so impressed with this company and the funny thing is we used to live not far from this business but are now 10 hrs away but got the best help and right product. Thanks so much for all your help will always recommend your business.

Dishonest business practices
Congratulations on being an honest family business. You have my purchase money and the returned incorrectly shipped part. As far as Paypal is concerned you are above board for integrity. But at my expense what have you achieved. To my friends who repair mowers your business ethics are not honest. I would not recommend they use your "honest"family busines to trade with. With that you might just as well send me the switch I ordered in the first place.

Order confirmation, money taken, $648 then nothing?
Placed order on 26 March 2020 for $648, received confirmation. Nothing since, numerous emails to “sales@“, “admin@“, “info@“ and using “message” on the web site I’ve had absolutely no response! Anyone got any ideas on how to contact this outfit as the phone number has a recorded message and suggests not to leave a message! To drive down is a 200km round trip from the northern beaches, but what to do??

Incorrect parts supplied.
Further info wanted and sent-but no further communication from this place. Claim they want to help secure correct part but haven't even though original part we ordered was correct sizing-they sent wrong one.
It was returned.

Never arrived, never responded
Ordered part for Husqvarna mower. Got positive information: order received, payment received, order processed, order shipped etc. Product never arrived. Tried to contact all mower spares asking (nicely) whether they could check status of my order as I could not track shipping. No reply. Tried to contact them again, saying if I didn't get a reply, I would ask for a refund from Pay Pal. No reply. to get them to give their side of the story. No reply. Pay Pal gave a full refund. Here is the killer, after a while all mower spares sent a request for feedback and a bribe of "free freight for two years" on my next orders if I place a positive review, because most times negative reviews are only given. They also urge us to talk to them before posting negative feedback. What a load of nonsense. You get negative reviews because you give bad service... end of story..Similar opinion? Great range of hard to get parts
Our Croquet Club in Central Queensland is overhauling a ~14 year old Toro GreensMaster. Have struggled to find many new parts that are available in Australia at reasonable prices and have found All Mower Spares meets our needs most of the time. The catalogue is easy to use, Toro part numbers and description match the Toro breakdown lists exactly and if you have a question, the staff are ready and willing to find and answer. Freight costs are reasonable and delivery has been prompt.
Our club will certainly be shopping with All Mower Spares until be finish the current overhaul. Next up will be MEY cylinder mower and we hoping the help will continue to be available.

Useless! 2 months on, still waiting for product!
Ordered a part online - it took 3.5 weeks to arrive except they sent wrong part. Contacted them and they replied straight away saying they would fix the error. Another 3 weeks pass and haven't heard a thing, contacted them again - no response. Waste of time and money!

Hello, I would have to say i am happy to recommend using All Mower Spares.
Price was fair and the parts were genuine Briggs and Stratton.
The only issue i was the delay in supply as it took longer than expected for today's parts supply chain. So if you can fix this you will succeed. Somewhere in your system is a short fall once you identify this you will be way ahead. Feb 4 order placed Order number 001028810 delivery March 11. There was a part that was nil stock AU to which i replied to send all other parts however they were not sent. Admin was very helpful and polite. All the best see you next time i need mower parts.

Excellent Product and service
Bought a Lawn mower . It was not expensive but works great for my small area of tough lawn. Just what I needed. The service was helpful and friendly especially that I live in an isolated part of NSW and need to buy most products on line. I need companies I can trust.

Product not delivered
I hate giving negative feedback, but whoever is in charge of their online store should be sacked. Ordered a tyre and tube for my ride on with express shipping. Two weeks later nothing. I sent an email, no reply, tried ringing, no answer, then contacted them via online customer service and got a reply the next day. I was told the products were not in stock but had just arrived and were being express shipped. They said they would also refund the express shipping cost I paid. Two weeks later, nothing. They have to be fought every step for a refund This is not how you run a business online, I'm sure their walk in store is great, but they need to get out of online trading, they are negligent to the extreme and borderline criminal. Ordered several parts online. Most were in stock but one was listed as not in stock. The not in stock part didn't take long to arrive and delivery time was quick once it did. Communication throughout the process was also great.

I was looking high & low to find a Mulching Plug for my mower, All Mower Spares officered some possible options.
I ordered the part that suited my mower from them & it was delivered promptly.

Purchased parts online with a wait time of 2-3 days which has turned into 4 weeks. Have tried repeatedly via phone and email for a refund with no luck. Have been forced to take it up with fair trading. Please avoid this business..

I dont work for all mower spares but have used them a few times. My last order took awhile to ship as it had to be ordered in.
When u ordered you would of recived a couple of emails one may of been an awaiting fulthfilment also maybe check your spam/junk folder as these emails sometimes go into that folder.
