They provided advice and information throughout the hole process of our new air conditioning installation, suiting our needs rather than selling. We have had two new systems installed by Alliance. It wasn't an easy job as access was difficult. After a couple of problems emerged this summer Sam and his team came and sorted things out. They organised a gyprocker, (Nick), to install a new manhole for easier access too. Everyone was delightful to deal with, turned up when they said they would and sorted all problems. Can recommend highly.

I have had the company that actually installed our system 12 years ago come our and assess our problem. Their technician walked around, checked air flows, said I needed a new system, charged me $242.00 and walked out! He said his boss would send me a quote to replace the system.

I had a young technician, Alex, who lives in my area come out. Every aspect of my transaction wi9th this company was positive, from my initial phone inquiry, pre booking payment, emails, reminders sent by text, and the service call itself. I rent, so it is my responsiblilty to keep the system maintained. It had not been done in a few years and I am not a heavy user. The service was comprehensive and thorough, and the the technician was prompt, tidy and polite, as well as good at his job. Thank you Alliance and Alex.

Good communication around scheduling process, very professional installation, nowadays it's hard to find a tradesmen company that is skilled, so honest, competent and organised. I recently had Alliance Climate Control replace my old air conditioning unit. They were extremely professional from the initial consultation by Alex to the service people at the head office and right through to the installation.
They turn up on time and I had my new Air Conditioner 5 days after I accepted the quote. I was previously quoted nearly double from other companies. It was too easy with Alliance Climate Control.

Alliance were quick to come out and quote and install my new Daikin AC after a certain top-rated business could never even "conduct" a quote after 2 no-shows.

All workers were very professional and worked quickly, keeping me updated where necessary and leaving no mess behind. Following installation I received a run-down of the installation, walk-through of the remote and various functions, and explanation of the service program / maintenance requirements.
