Worst experience ever
Will never ever recommend it again. Waste of money. used this insurance for 1 year but not even 1 claim was successful. Basic cover doesn’t cover anything. So paying 1000 dollars is useless

Outstanding Customer Service
I would like to take this opportunity to thank one of your staff, Kiyomi E, for her outstanding customer service. This afternoon I made a call to Allianz OSHC through this number (136742), and I was very thankful for the amazing customer service provided by one of your staff (Kiyomi E). Kiyomi has worked assiduously, patiently and thoroughly to ensure that I am fully informed of what steps I should take after this call. At first, I was very hesitant to make a call as I thought it would be such a long and complicated process. However, Kiyomi's help and assistance have made my four years of experience with Allianz very pleasant. Kiyomi is to be commended on how dedicated she is to her work with her caring approach.

Worse experience after 6 years of using Allianz
Had a very worse experience with them, after I had made arrangements prior to my hospital admission. They refused to pay the bill which was such a hard thing on us.

Best insurance for international students. Quick response for the claims and easy to lodge it. I’ve been with Allianz for 3 years and I never got a problem with insurance.Great service

Extremely bad and disappointed
It’s very easy to purchase the policy but it’s much more difficult to claim it back later.they said 10 days to response but it took 12 days and I have to ring them.not all but some ladies in phone were really rude.

Simply the worst policy
A policy that only pays 80% of the Medicare levy is not worth the paper its
Written on, and when canceled only got back a quarter of the policy amount after only 2months of being covered

Bad experience. No response
I have been trying to email Allianz asking about my cover details since last 3 week, sent 3 emails, and still haven't heard anything back from them.
I was with them for 4 years for my OSHC, and without any doubts, still decided to continue with them for my OVHC. Feeling so disappointed with how they respond and consider to switch the company after this.

Awesome services
The app is really user friendly. It took about 2 weeks to resolve my claim after the submission. I bought the four years package with my student visa. Great insurance company!

Horrible experience
I had immense trouble getting in touch regarding questions about my coverage. When I finally got tired of waiting, cancelling was done about 10 times faster. Not at all happy.

Every thing is complicating including his review, The claim will be approved in one years time.If I wasn't at home due to recent circumstance would never have done this. I have other important things that need looking after and I paid good money to have peace of mind

Very poor claim handling
I lodged a claim and the reasons they gave me were very unclear and they refused to process it stating the standard "it's not covered in your policy" as excuse.

Good service
I lodged the claim and it resolved within couple of days so my policy worth it. We have been with Allianz (OSHC) for 27 months and it is really of good value.

Renewing coverage
We are visiting from USA & got stranded in Australia longer than we expected because of the virus. We had coverage, but was to run out before we were permitted to leave Australia or know when it might happen. We extended our coverage & Greg @ Allianz was great in assisting us to extend. I would recommend to anyone to use your service.

Just ok. Bupa is better
I had a single appointment only and the insurance cover only 1/3 of it. It took me a while to get my refund because of a problem in the app that was never solved (which means that, if I were to get a refund again, I would have had to go to their central, in the city, the only one close). Not very convenient.
