World Square branch Sydney - get them to open the box before you leave
online researched and decided on a Lumia 640 XL as all the ones I saw reviewed and advertised were dual sim - what I needed.
Bought one from World Square branch - took it home - only ONE Sim slot!
Called up and asked why.
Guy told me they come in 2 versions and I since did not specify the dual sim so it's basically my problem.
Not mentioning that he knew there were 2 versions and he failed to tell me this or ask me which I needed. he just sold me what he had on the shelf without alerting me.
So - buyer beware with this crowd they just care to get your money and out the door.

Felt robbed by online store!
Paid via credit card. Never received the item. Complained but said they had lost order. Needed to complain via social media. Service was horrible. They only care about social media Image. Felt robbed!

Very Rude and Unprofessional
I had dealings with the Karingal Allphones and the lady was disgustingly rude, arrogant, abusive and intimidating towards me! In all my life I have never witnessed/encountered such awful customer service when it came to getting a refund which I am entitled to! I will never go back to that store again. I am absolutely appalled with the way she treated me.
The manager had an arrogant attitude and instead of helping me out,she was constantly shutting me down and being offensive!

My daughter purchased a new samsung s4 in December 13 with intentions to claim the tax back as we flew overseas later that month. Disgusting!
Absolutely disgraceful service at allphones. I bought my mother the nokia lumia 520 back in June for her birthday. All I wanted was for my mother to finally have a smart phone so she could communicate better with her children overseas. This phone has been to the repairer 3 times! This latest time I was phoned to say the phone was back from repair, my widowed mother drove all the way to pick it up only to be told they can not find the phone! Each repair has taken at least 3 weeks, the first 2 times there was no replacement phone provided and all the while my mother is still paying for her data phone plan. An utter disgrace.

After reading the reviews, I can only affirm that the customer service slogan of Allphones seems to be "Customer service? Never heard of it" For what it is worth, i append below my letter of complaint sent to them about 2 weeks ago. I still have not heard back from Allphones about the issue. Guess I am out of luck eh? (name Jacky) who claims to be the franchisee of the Allphones outlet in Sunnybank, Queensland. The incident took place on Friday 14 February 2014 at about 11am. On that day, I went to that outlet as I was having some problems with my Nokia Lumia 620 (purchased on 11 March 2013 from the Allphones outlet in Mt Ommaney, Queensland. This outlet has recently closed down) I was expecting to get some assistance in sending my mobilephone unit back to Nokia for checking and repairs since it is still under warranty. I explained to Jacky that for the past few months the screen becomes unresponsive intermittently when there are incoming calls and also when I try to connect to the internet using Wifi connections. The problem occurs sometimes once a week or it can be a few times a week. Occasionally it can happen even a few times within the same day. When it happens, I need to switch the phone off, remove and reinstall the battery, and the turn the phone back on again. I could tell almost immediately from Jacky’s body posture and facial expression that he was indifferent and reluctant to attend to me. Very Unhappy customer
After buying this LG L7 dual sim phone had issue from first day and guy who works there trying to say is carrier issue even proved that he is wrong would not accept to send phone for repair,very poor service and just watch out guys they are doggy people,nice till get money and after good luck.Never buy from there any more

Poor Service
The reviews I have just read reflect exactly the king of service I received from All Phones at West Lakes. Not at all helpful about the product I was purchasing. In fact the little information I received turned out to be incorrect, and when challenged, got the "oh no we wouldn't have said that". So where do you go from there? Not back to them for my next phone that's for sure.

Buyers regret.
I purchased my new phone 8 weeks ago today and it was dead on arrival. Even though I returned it the same day, I was told that it had to be sent away to be fixed. I phoned the ACCC the next day and the Qld Dept of Fair Trading who both told me I was entitled a replacement. I said this to the manager but he absolutely would not replace it. He said they don't own the stock and I had to send it off for repair. That was 8 weeks ago and I still don't have my phone that I paid for and no one will return my calls.

Rubbish service
Scale 1 to 10 (10 being great) I give them -1 alphone are rubbish retailers no after service if phone does not work They have been telling me its not their problem take it up with Samsung Wow how does one deal with Samsung when you buy from a shop and they wont help you.
Warning to buyers do not buy from alphones cause if your phone plays up you out of luck.

I had occasion to purchase a phone from allphones at Elizabeth City in South Australia. I new the model I wanted I new exaxtly the phone I wanted. I asked the assistant to get me one. She placed the box on the counter. I picked it up and she went to remove it from my hands, I turned the box around and over she forcibly removed it from my grasp.

no Para and unfortunately only allphones had that particular phone in stock. We pulled the phone I checked the box same problem to a lesser extent. I told the assistant behind the counter that the box was not sealed and I wanted it opened to check the item (This was the case at the previous kiosk but I didn't get the opportunity to mention it) I got told "no but it take it home bring it back if its not all there!".."yeah right ..do you want to sell the phone or not"! I said. The manager saw what was going on and dismissed the assistant. I said to him, "If you want to sell that phone then open it so I can see that it is tamper free". I said "The box is not sealed and the tamper seals were missing". He obligingly opened it and we checked the box contents against the contents listed in the manual. How hard was that! Terrible after sales service
I had a problem with a phone I recently purchased at the Jesmond store. When trying to sort out the warranty with the store manager, it became apparent that I had not been given the details on the Early Life Failure Policy and as a result, my phone could not be replaced, only repaired. To top it off, the store manager adopted a defensive, argumentative attitued and tried to shift the blame to me. Extremely poor!
Other store staff were very pleasant.

Awful, terrible service
Today, 22nd December 2012, I went to Allphones castle hill branch, the store was not busy all but the store manager, was quite pathetic and did not give us service as if I did not exist. He was wearing long faces the whole time we were at the store. Never again I will patronize this company

quick to take your money then forget to give you the product.
I ordered 2 phones (one order) from allphones, online. placed the order, got charged the money. Now waiting for the phones to arrive. tried contacting allphones. the phones ring out and no replies to any other form of communication. bad service seems to be a pattern across most if not all sections of allphones. will never deal with these people again. will be seeking legal advic on how to recoup my $900 which i have paid for nothing.

Samsung galaxy y dous
I purchased a Samsung galaxy y dous android phone from Allphones munno para. The thing made weird noises and turned off . I tried to return it to Allphones but they said they couldn't help and I had to go through the Allteck service who do their servicing.2 months later, the phone has been returned 4 times and it still won't work properly. Now it crashes and turns off after a few minutes. Allphones munno para or Allphones head office won't help.

I made the mistake of getting a new phone on the 17/11/12 thru Virgin Mobile today is the 21/11/12 and the FIRST day I have been able to make a cal from my new Sony Xperia. Good customer service
On returning to Australia I decided that I wanted to get the IPhone 5. As I live in a rural town the availability of some of the larger city based companies such as Virgin don't have shops in my town. All Phones was awesome because not only did that know all the plans for iPhone 5 available they where able to give me an honest opinion. When I decided that Virgin was the right carrier for me I found they didn't have any in stock. They took my details and called me when the phone was in stock 2 days later as they said it would be.
Honesty of staff, saves time shopping around

I go to a local Allphones store for lots of help with my phones over the years, being mostly for guidance and some technical expertise. Recently its been for Virgin network help with some questions that Virgin themselves cant explain...

Now I havent had any bad repore with any of the fellas in this store, and havent managed to buy a phone from them, however have purchased credit for varying things like internet and for my phone. had my phone since 30/7/12 and still no show after emails etc..took loan phone back and told them to keep mine and their rotten service have gone to telstra for new phone and cut my losses and if people ask me about allphones mirrabooka i will definately tell them to steer clear..vodaphone is right next door.

Never shop at Allphones: if there is an issue with your phone they won't help you
I purchased a Huawei Vision android phone from Allphones Chatswood in December. The battery wouldn't charge after two months.
