The entire team we came across was very friendly, they made everything so easy for us and even gave us an option of the car we booked and some other ones. We actually ended up going with another car and we loved it ! There is a shuttle service which picks you up and drops you off directly to where the cars are kept, it was great we never waited more than 5 minutes ! Overall excellent experience I would definitely recommend Alpha and will use them in future :)

Adam provided Fantastic service when we picked up our car yes there is a delay getting from the air port to the car hire business. Although the car rental price is fantastic and the bus is free to and from the airport. We got great service and an upgrade to fit our suitcases at a reasonable price. Rented car from Brisbane airport, efficient pick up and drop off, friendly, great car good rates. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Brisbane so convenient. Open long hours also means I don’t have to pay for out of hour fees!!

Very happy with car only hired for 1 day as we needed transport to and from Robina quickly papers filled out fairly fast and return of car inspection was fast shuttle bus to and from airport comfortable and short drive I would use Alphahire again.

We had an easy pickup from the airport to their depot, friendly service from all their staff, It was a near new car that was great value for the money, I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again

I have booked a car at Melbourne airport through rentals.com and when I arrived to pick it up, the receptionist told me she can't let me have it because I am too old! They Have accepted my booking knowing my age and never let me know there was a problem until I turned up at the counter.

I shopped around to get a car for 2 days. All the other rentals were arpund $80 for the cheapest car. Alpha was only $46. I opted to not pay the extra $ to have a low $250 excess incase of an accident.. As I was willing to take the risk as it was only 2 days. I'm not sure if this is why it was so much cheaper. But it was a great to have the option.
Staff were excellent and friendly. Location suited us for pick up as we were staying in Alexandra headlands. But they also have a shuttle bus to the airport.
Would highly recommend and will use again

The team at Alpha were friendly and helpful. The car I had was clean, compact and perfect for what I needed. Being able to add on a few dollars for a much lower accident premium was a bonus for peace of mind and glad I didn't need it :)

Service was good. Got there early and it only took a couple of minutes to be out in a truck on my way. The truck was alright and it was everything I was expecting.

From pick up at airport to drop off the process was easy and quick even though their internet was down. Car was fairly new(45k klms) and clean and in great condition. Would recommend.
