Sent Large Got Small
I ordered a Large Jacket and it took 6 weeks to arrive. When I tried it on it was like a small not large It would be lucky to fit my 13yr old nephew. I emailed them days ago and got no response even though they say they will respond within 48hrs.
Looks like I've done my dough on this one. I actually thought it was another reputable site. It looks like spam got through my filter.

Quick Delivery, no issues!
I always use to buy discounted movie tickets without any issues. I ordered and received within the advertised delivery timeframe, infact towards the earliest than latest. Not sure why they don't sell Event cinemas tickets anymore. Not sure why there have been negative reviews here. I would recommend them unless things have now changed.

Truly dreadful
I tried to use a $100 gift voucher with lots of problems. I couldn't use it on-line, the item didn't come - they didn't tell me……the problems went on and on. There are too many good online discount companies to bother with using one like this. Vote with your feet and take your money elsewhere!

Tricky, dishonest and unreliable. Read others' experiences before you order anything from them.
Bought some gift vouchers from them and one of them was missing. Called them and they said they cannot help as it is like losing cash since they cannot verify.
Very tricky terms and conditions and fine print. No right for the customer and very unhelpful.
I wonder how they are still in business.
Would never use them again.

Dishonest, and Disgraceful Service
I purchased a Cuisinart Slow Cooker with immediate delivery. I contacted AOS by telephone to ensure it would be despatched immediately and was told they would get back to me on the sae day which they did not. I rang the following day and received the same response. Three weeks later the item has still not arrived I contacted them only to be told they had cancelled the order and they had not even bothered to inform me. To make matters worse I had a $10 discount voucher which I used to purchase the product and lost that too. I feel Always on Sale is a very unreliable and unprofessional service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased 2 x 10 movies vouchers for work staff incentives. 10 for Hoyts and 10 for Village, the Hoyts vouchers came in and were only valid for a couple of months. I finally received a call about 8 hours later from a manager that said he had just processed a refund for the vouchers I sent back. Yippee!! This organisation is filled with broken promises and no one prepared to take responsibility. My repeated follow ups were only responded to once I made firm demands. They don't value their customers nor their time. I will never ever use them again. Some business just don't get it and this is one of them! got about it for a couple of weeks then yesterday asked for info, then checked the order tracker to find it had been cancelled and i was given a refund, now come on would it not have hurt to let me know that it had been cancelled! Very poor all round, i seriously suggest anyone considering ordering from here don't! On the upside at least i got my money back so will go spend it somewhere else now. Excellant Service
After reading all the negative reviews of Always on Sale I was starting to worry that we may experience some difficulty in receiving our order. We ordered a Brother Sewing Machine on Friday 18th Jan and although still showing as on order it arrived this morning Thursday 24th Jan. We live on the northcoast of NSW.

Still waiting for product
I placed my order on 11/12/12 and my c/card was charged on 12/12/12. I had still not received my goods by 2/12/12 so I called the company and was told someone would call back. I called again on 4/1/12 and was told the supply manager would call within 48 hours. No call back and no goods so on the 21/1/13 I sent an email to cancel the order and request an immediate refund. On 22/1/13 at 3.42PM I received an email saying that the goods had been sent in the last 24 hours. Upon checking with Australia Post I find that the goods were sent on 22/1/13 at 8.53PM well after I had requested a refund and to cancel my order!!

Worth the discount
I ordered the Jamie Oliver homecooker on the 22nd December & this arrived on the 10th jan ( outside the specified timeframe, but there was Xmas )
Rrp was $549 and I bought this for $300. I think the delayed delivery was worth it considering the savings !
I was paranoid that this would not arrive after reading these reviews but I was happy it did.

Where on earth is the product i paid for

Terrible service
How are these guys still operating? I place my order for a blu ray movie on 18 december. I paid for it immediately, that was my bad. I had no care for recieving it by christmas as i knew already it's a busy time for any business. In the instructions area, I put a remark, "Please advise ASAP if item not in stock" Now to this day the order status remains "On Order".

Very poor service
I see from the recent reviews of Always on Sale that I'm not the only one who missed out on a Christmas present thanks to their poor service. I ordered two items from them on December 1 and the money for both was deducted on December 3. On December 8, one of the items was delivered (this is the only reason they get one star from me). I'd had no notice of dispatch and was therefore very concerned that I'd paid for two items and received one, as their website doesn't say things are dispatched separately unless you dig deep into the FAQ. phone calls. Call number one was on December 10. Very annoying auto phone system which asks me if I knew I could check the status of my order online was strike one: from the minute the money left my account to this day, the online system simply says "on order" which is not helpful or correct. Their customer service people are friendly enough and assured me the second part of my order was in process. I received the dispatch notice for the first part 2 days after the item had already been delivered, saying they still hoped to dispatch the other part within the promised 7 business days. On December 18, I phone again to find out why I still have no advice on dispatch and no item. Told that the item had been out of stock (no reflection of that on the website) but they were getting a delivery that afternoon and I was listed as "priority" for dispatch. I said it was a Christmas present and was told that since it was Australia Post they couldn't guarantee delivery by Christmas. Great. I point out that I have not had any contact from Always on Sale to keep me informed of the delay. Christmas came and went, and so did New Year. On January 3 I make phone call number three. Another friendly CSO who also apologises and says he will investigate what is going on because it appears the product is in stock in the warehouse so he can't understand why it hasn't been dispatched. He promises to call me right back, taking an extra phone number as I have to go out. No phone call back. Phone call number four was on January 4. This time, I'm advised that the item has now been dispatched (the previous afternoon). When I ask where my "priority phone call" is the latest friendly CSO tells me calls take 24 to 48 hours. Funny definition of "priority". When I also point out that the only communication I have had from Always on Sale regarding my order was a late dispatch notice on the part I did have, like the other three she said she would "pass on my feedback". Like the other reviewers, I am unimpressed that an online website has no email feedback system and their "tracking" system is a sham. I can't fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the people on the phone but I feel sorry for them as their days must be spent trying to cover up this company's hopeless excuse for service. I think it is very poor business practice to charge people for items before there is any hope of dispatch and then to fail to follow their own service policy for keeping customers informed. "We're really busy" is not an excuse. Other very large companies manage it - I'll be sticking with those in future! Now to wait for my item to turn up... No real tracking system, fail to keep customers informed of delays1 comment

Terrible service, big fail on Christmas delivery
I got the same spiel - promised to dispatch within 7 days. I rang on the 8th day and they said there'd been a slight delay... except my order is still just sitting in a warehouse in Sydney, no one is dealing with it and it won't be shipped until after the first week of January. Big item that is now a big fail Christmas present.
So very dissappointed and wouldn't trust them. They are cheap because they take your money and run until you chase them to do something about your product. The guy was making up excuses on the end of the phone that were completely see through. They should never advertise for Christmas presents. Misleading and deceptive conduct. Never again will I order from them.

Very irresponsive and slow.
The worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered a Christmas present 2 weeks ago and have been calling their customer service reps every day for 4 days. I've been told someone would call me beck with an update and still haven't received a single call. Looks like they have no idea where the stock is and what's happening at their warehouse. Appalled.

Never again. Xmas orders not received. I had to chase them to learn delivery would not be made.
If you actually want the Xmas presents you order, use Amazon. Only 25% of my order (made at 6.00am on 7 December) would be received by Christmas.
6 items were still not in stock by 20 Dec with no idea when stock might arrive yet the products are still being advertised. I had to telephone twice before I was told they could not fill the order, despite their terms and conditions promising they will contact the customer if their order cannot be despatched within 7 business days.

The single star is because at least AlwaysonSale has real customer service staff to take your phone calls and tell you that you won't be getting the order you paid for, making them better than Fishpond who also take your money for products they have no guarantee of getting stock for but have no customer service number to call and ask why you haven't received your goodies. So now I will have to go last-minute shopping for 6 people's Xmas presents this weekend in all the manic crowds - as their lack of communication about not being able to source the product after 2 weeks means there is not time to order online elsewhere. next Xmas so that the "24 hours shipping" banner clearly states upfront that this is "on clearance items only". Currently, your customers have to click on the banner to learn that the statement is qualified. The usual allowance of 7 business days before despatch should be very clearly stated - not hidden in the fine print terms and conditions. Neither of these was an issue for me - I did read the fine print, but AlwaysOnSale failed to despatch within 7 business days or to contact me to tell me there was a delay.
