Fast easy transaction, very good communication and despatched fast. Delayed delivery but that's not AminoZ's fault. Australia Post had delays due to Covoid-19. Would have no problem using them again or recommending them.

Having read the responses that were provided by Amino to comments made on Ozbargain about the sanitiser I was pleased to see a business taking on comments so well. As I rushed me online order to beat a cut off I didn't enrol in their rewards scheme. They noticed this and enrolled me themselves without my asking. Note the reward I was offered was just loyalty points and doesn't influence my opinion that they provide great customer service. There offer price for the sanitiser was very reasonable unlike many other suppliers who were profiteering at the time.

It was easy to explore product range on Amino Z website. I found the products I was interested in. Although they were out of stock at the time, I was kept informed and they were quickly obtained and delivered. The ingredients are superior to products I had been using.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, it was expected to take a week to ship my order. I sent them an email I want to cancel the order and get a refund. The next day I got an email said my order is shipped with an ‘INCORRECT’ tracking number (my order cancel request is ignored). Then the order status changed to “Complete” after that (?) They took my money, I received nothing. I feel like I ran into some kinds of online scams. Really disappointed, would not recommend.
