Hi, did anyone experience this before? The filter cartridge usage is not end of life but already started beeping (red light on water flow and cup). We performed as suggested - redo, push in and re-lock the retaining ring, bracket and cartridge. It was OK and the beeping sound came back after a while. Need help urgently. Thanks in advance!

Our e-spring is running the water real slow..I replaced the filter, and all is in the green, or blue, but it still really runs slow...What could be the problem?

I could imagine two possibilities.
1. Either there is a blockage in the water inlet outside of espring
2. Or a blockage in espring

I would recommend calling Amway Service Centre who will have a look at your espring and fix it for you.

Why is filtered water to ice machine supplied only when top of counter faucet is on?

I would get a plumber to look at your set up. My espring is under the sink with an auxiliary tape and it supplies filtered water automatically with no input from me. You might need a three way connector a plumber should know.

If it keeps beeping when the tap is on, does this affect the filtering effect? Mine has been doing this for a while and it doesn't really bother me but I worry whether it works as a water filter now?

Hi Terry, is it showing Red on the Top?

Only when the tap is on and the little telephone and cup are red

It wants you to change your filter. I question how well it filters at that point as normally my water has no taste and if those lights are flashing the water develops a taste so I don't think it is filtering properly. My opinion only.

I noticed at the bottom of my e spiring was flooded with water. After I wiped and dried it and a few minutes later - I saw the water come out from the casing? Now I am wondering - has the casing been leaking? I never drop the unit and it was on a flat table top cabinet.

Hello, Recently, I replaced the filter on our e spring water filter. For some reason, there is water / air coming out of top of filter bracket? Could there be issues with the filter, gaskets? I see there is an opening on top of this bracket for ? Thank you.

All I can say is that mine cracked after about 10 years and so I bought an RO system, which is better (from PSI), which is reviewed on this site.

Most likely you didn't push or lock properly the filter to the black top cover. You may try to turn and lock the filter to it. Then you try again.

I have an E-spring. We moved so I did not use it for 6 years. We are living on a farm and buy water in town. I would like to use my e-spring again. Filters are so expensive. If I buy a filter and my spring doesnt work.. Do I loose the money?

I think your best bet would be to contact Espring directly, as I don't know.

I think there is a 90 day money back guarantee on all purchased products with amway. If it doesn't work after buying it, return it and get your money back. Remember receipts and packaging, I think thats what you need.

My Espring is only 4 days newly installed. Tap water has a strong pressure, but when switched to the purifier, water pressure is so much less, the droplets in the indicator doesnt even move. What might be wrong?

Might want to pop pf the tubes in the back, chesk the tubes themselves for flow and debris, as well as the tube docks. There are filters in the large tube side for large debris. Also check the conection to the cold water and the separate valve shutoff if you have one as that can get bumped and moved by things in the cabinet.

Also check the feed lines to the separate tap if you have one as debris upon install can get in and block flow if not careful.

I have used the Amway eSpring for less than a year now and no filter light has come on. In the last few weeks, the water has changed quality and I can only enjoy drinking the filtered water with lemon in it. Would running hot water accidentally cause this? I'm assuming a new filter would be needed. We live in Istanbul and the water here is very heavy, but the pressure has yet to slow.

I would check with the local municiple water suplier to see if they have changed anything.

There is an outside change an o-ring may have failed leading to the water not going through the filter and by passing it. Worth a look.

Can't stop it leaking at the join of the tap fittings. Any ideas?

If it is a shark bite type fitting, the out side of the tube may have little teeth strakes in it if it was ever removed, especially without fully depressing the release mechnism to pull back the teeth. As the tubes seat against a rubber o-ring in the dock, if the cuts are deep enough, it will slowly piddle past the o-ring. Solution: One can snip off a half inch of tube, apply a skiff of potable o-ring lune, (not auto o-ring lube) and reinstall. If that doesn't do the trick, the o-ring itself may have sustined damage and would need replacement.

I have an espring unit that still had plenty of cartridge life regarding the blue lights but suddenly the "install cartridge" light comes on and the beep beeps and the flow light, lights up when water flows. Have removed original cartridge and reinstalled same. "install cartridge" still lights up. What could be the problem? Thanks.

I think your cartridge is not installed properly. Did you push in and turn to lock your cartridge to the cap before you place inside the body container? Previously I faced the same issue because I didn't turn to lock the cartridge properly and the beeping sound when the water flow through. You may try again and let me know the result.

Ours had that problem because I was turning it off at night because of it's horrible blue light. We were told by Amway that you shouldn't turn it off ever. The problem eventually resolved itself but I'm not sure why. Just one day it went back to normal mode. Very poor performance for such a premium price product.

I haven't had any electronic problems with the Espring benchtop device but it is recommended to have a power surge board if you own more kitchen appliances attached, like the toaster and microwave oven although both high wattage they are never operated at the same time. I do switch it off before bedtime and switch it on next morning before breakfast each day and had no problems since buying Espring some years ago, only because the kitchen is an open area next to the lounge with home theater TV system and luxury double-bedlike 2seat sofa where I sit relax or sleep

Both are good, I have both. Use the below sink at home and had to install it. The above sink does is easier to install as it fits onto tap, but takes up bench space. Us the above sink at my business (I own) so I can move it should we move. Only issue maybe does not fit onto your style of tap.
