Hi, help! My case is not charging … so neither are the ear phones which are now flat & useless.
The case & earphones have been kept in great condition & are only 4/5 months old. The case won’t work charging from a laptop, wall or car. I’ve tried them all! It stopped charging suddenly for no reason. Before that it was ok charging wise. No water, no damage, no dropping. Cords & connections look fine.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem? As they are sold out in the Kmarts near me… or else I would be returning them for a replacement case. Thanks

Why does the left ear bud go flat quickly and before the right ear bud.
One of my earphones has become really quiet. The other one is fine but the left one is super quiet and I don’t know why

my earphones worked well at the start - now they turn themselves on in the case and connect to a device - draining the battery or they don't charge well. Any suggestons??

Read morenstructions... take the earphones out of the case, they both will be flashing blue and red. wait for only one to flash and one will stop... this means they are now sync-ed. turn phone bluetooth on and it now should only show one device paired put them in a play and they will work fine that's what worked for me

It was the same for me too, I did everything the instructions said to do. They just didn’t have music coming out of both. So I took them back for a refund, just will buy Apple AirPods instead.

Do the True Wireless Earphones work on Samsung? I was just wondering because I wanted to upgrade my earphones from wired to wireless.
I do not recommend these for anything. They’re horrible. One works sometimes then the battery life is terrible, other reviews can confirm the same issues.
