APM Northam make appointments and demand welfare recipients see them, despite an exemption in place until April 27, and do so in spite of peoples RIGHT to choose their "employment" agency.

APM Northam use Intimidation and humiliation tactics; if you stand your ground, when they don't get their own way, they send threatening letters. These rogue "employment" agencies are the scourge of this country, they need to be stopped.

The sort of disability job agency that sends a man with no hands to a data entry job interview, a deaf mute to a call centre job interview, a woman with no legs to a landscaping job interview, a university physics degree graduate to a two week basic literacy and numeracy certificates course.... nuf said.

The Konekt Employment which now belongs to APM Employment in Campsie is the worst. I don't recommend to go with them. I had a very bad experience with their staffs. The man who is Vietnamese is a very bad guy. I had a surgery operation but he still forced me to come to see him, otherwise he would stop my payment. Then he talked to me and gave me an example that people who are receiving Centrelink payment like me is like a thief. It's like their staffs are trained to make the customers feel vulnerable.

This place is absolutely pathetic they couldn't organise a root in a brothel I just rocked up for my work for the dole for the second time end again been sent home because they say they know nothing about me that's 4 bus fares and 2 hours on the bus wasting and you can sure as s*** guarantee they won't compensate me for that I'm a person on bloody new start receiving $227 a week they are just complete waste of bloody time

Don't bother with this company. There's absolutely no training, no support at all. Money hungry business who couldn't care less about their staff. Under staffed is an understatement. Most days I never got a lunch break as I was the only employee in the office and couldn't leave it unattended. The bonuses are never paid properly. You are left to your own device and never hear from Management until end of month when your area manager is trying to get the biggest bonus they can for all of your hard work. I'm still chasing money I'm owed. Steer clear from this money hungry employer!

APM, you are a disgrace and you know what the worst part is? The government pays you money for this! You lie to people, you promise everything and deliver NOTHING, you waste people's time and money by asking them to present to appointments where NOTHING gets done. Shame on you!

I was promised the world but in reality they seem to deliver nothing! They even forgot my second appointment and asked me to come back later as they were busy with some guy off the street! I really am going to keep them accountable and rate the service yet to come. Im know it is up to me to find a job but if they can help then all the better. I will keep everyone posted.

I found my service provider actually lazy and I found myself correcting continually her mistakes, not good. I was a client NOT on a review for parole as this is how I felt with the attitude and remarks made.

Having worked for APM in Tasmania the culture from senior management is to bully everyone including workers, clients and employers and forced to take claims that are not factual. Putting people in unsuitable employment to reach KPI's which are over inflated and also falling people of employment and the placing them in the system to same employment to cook the books for DHS

For over a year I have had emotion issues presented docs certificate to see a counsellor but have had nothing but excuses.this is a blatant disregard to my health and welfare this mob should be investigated or are they hand in glove with gov.

They are not worried about people with Anxiety or Depression. They only care about their KPi's.
My first meeting with the consultant at APM Joondalup was a disappointment. I could tell she was not interested in what type of employment I was looking for, she wasn't even listening to me. Then when the meeting was over, she said to me and I quote "Beggars can't be Choosers".
Another time I went in there she had a cold and was coughing and spluttering over her keyboard and computer. Not very professional.
Give this mob a wide berth.
