Excellent, easy and speedy.
Spent 3 months deciding between all the pool companies. Jim from sales was the reason we went with aquatechnics. The price was well below everyone else. Danni from compliance helped at every step and was famtastic. The customer service team were very good at communicating and install team respectful of surrounding property and were happy to go above and beyond. There were no extra costs throughout the whole process and pool was in the ground and handed over within a couple months. Very happy.

Great Product undermined by wanting Customer Service
The foundation stone for all great businesses is the total customer experience. After researching all available fibreglass Pools in the WA market, it was abundantly clear that the Aquatehnics offered a range of superior products. Service) at times was functional from Aquatechnics perspective but less than optimal from the client's perspective. Dealing with multiple Customer Service representatives for different aspects of the contract was frustrating and concerning when ringing Head Office for issue resolution or advice. Moreover, responding to unknown sub-contractors without advice was poor. As the Installation Date approached I asked for a schedule of installation events to ensure an efficient installation. A schedule which was promised but not received. Two day prior to site works, I received a phone call from a sub-contractor wanting access to my property to lay down paver protection boards with an expectation that I need to facilitate his time frame. Luckily, the next day I arrange for someone to be home so that the paver protection boards could be delivered in advance of their requirement. I took two days annual leave during an extremely busy period to be in attendance for the excavation and pool shell installation. Excavation date arrived for an advised start of 0730. After moving all the neighbors garbage and recycling bins down to the end of the cul de sac and advising them that access would be restricted during the forenoon I receive a phone call at approximately 1030 from an unknown Bobcat operator informing me that he will be on site around 12:00. No advice from Aquatechnics (the company I am in contract with) for the late start. I rang the Site Supervisor to inquire about the unadvised late start and he said the Head Office usually advises the start times. The Bobcat team (father and Son) where great; getting the site prepared for the shell in minimal time without incident. Shell installation date went to schedule albeit I was advised that the back-fill would be completed before departure only to observe that the only one on-site after 1115 was the site supervisor. This left the shell to be back-filled on the following Tuesday after the Labour Day long weekend. I arranged for someone to be at home on the Tuesday for back-filling. The back-filling team were great. Upon site handover I advised that piping for the water feature had not been installed in accordance with the contract and the heat pump had minor damage to the cooling fins. [name removed], from Invinceable Electrics rang to arrange electrical connection for Wednesday, Pencil compaction and Pool Handover occurred as planned albeit there was a three way valve missing from the installation and there was a leaking pipe elbow. [name removed] and his wife (Pencil compaction and handover) were lovely and did a great job. The Pool Blanket arrived during Pool Handover and was not cut to size. I rang Head Office and was told that someone would ring me back. This did not occur. I rang Head Office the following day only to be advised that cutting the Pool blanket to size was not in the contract. I was gobsmacked! I assumed that a pool blanket and a deluxe roller would be supplied 'fit for purpose'. Restitution work to the pump and filter skid occurred on the 10 Mar and the paver protection boards were picked up without any advice to have access to the property. Luckily some was home. In summary, the shine was taken off the excitement of finally owning my first pool near my retirement. Aquatechnics needs to communicate with the client. After all, the first principle of project management is "Communication, Communication, Communication".1 comment

Absolutely amazing service by the whole team at aquatechnics
The pool is used daily by everyone in the family, as well as the rio spillway. The maintenance is super easy and very quick to do. It has basically maintains itself with the filteration system and robot vacuum. We have been loving every minute since the pool installation. The time frame aquatechnics gave us was quicker than expected which was amazing. The staff across all areas from sales to customer service to install staff was beyond pleasure to deal with. Excellent once in a lifetime purchase
Very happy we decided to go with Aqua Technics. Every-one was easy to talk to and made the process so easy. Everything done on time frame given. Now with the hot weather here the pool will get much use. Would recommend to any-one looking at getting a pool.

We were undertaking some landscaping an realised we need to replace our pool. Despite being recommended to another Pool company we took a look at Aqua technics. The sale representative in O'Conner, Jim was direct and to the point, no gimmicks and told us straight on cost vs quality, at the same time he was humble un understanding our needs and wants. Hard working, honest and just really good at explaining the issues (and there were unforeseeable issues not related to Aqua technics) and following up. If I brought the pool and service because of Jim, I am certainly writing this review because of Luke and his crew (specifically the guys who dug the holes for the backwash tank). This is not a review on the quality of their products as I will need to wait 12 months but at the price tag I hope that everything installed has a long life and promised. Shocking experience
We purchased a pool through Buccaneer (however the install was completed by Aqua Technics) the customer service was terrible, the technical information we were provided was ridiculous and extremely inaccurate and they tried to overcharge us, eventually they refunded the overcharged amount as a “goodwill” credit. They have terrible continuity of information between departments. We were lucky to have one person in reception to assist us. It was a terrible experience in an already stressful experience which was building a new house.

Sorry Alan, we haven't had this happen. We set ours to the optimum position at install and have never moved them since.
For what it's worth, with this eye-ball arrangement there are usually diametrically opposed cut-outs where the ball is inserted 90 degrees out of its normal orientation, pushed into the socket and then rotated in the vertical plane to the working position.
