We commence site cut tomorrow for our build with Arden. Due to, amongst other things, complex council requirements and a difficult site we have had a long journey through the pre-construction process of almost two years. Show me someone who says building a home is straightforward, and I'll show you a liar. After building, I am convinced that no matter who you build with, you will not have a smooth and altogether pleasant experience.
Keeping this in mind, I'm very pleased my husband and I did choose to build with Arden as the end result is a beautiful, well built home, which we are immensely proud of.

We have heavily modified the house plan and it in each stages till final contract the staffs have been patient, helpful and professional. We went through many iteration to get to final plan, and we were not rushed into it. Site cut is happening today, so exciting. Hopefully next stage will be as smooth sailing as before. Best part of Arden home is allowing flexibility to modify the house plan.

We received excellent service in the pre-construction phase, everyone from head office was excellent with communication, always keeping me in the loop and answering any questions promptly.

We are yet to commence our house with Arden. However, we have been very pleased with the customer service. We have had a couple of minor hiccups along the way and Arden were very quick to rectify and clarify our concerns. We are grateful for all the advice the consultants gave and helping us when to upgrade and when it was better to keep the standard inclusions. We are only up to the commencement of construction but so far Arden Homes have been extremely helpful throughout the design and contractual stages.
Initial Display Home staff were marvellous and personable.
The Design Consultants were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave great advice where to upgrade and where not too to keep within our budget.
