panel installation was without fuss and very professional. Instruction re operation was delightfully vague, the fact that I have 10 years of background with a previously installed system has stood me in good stead.
information on the more reliable suppliers and their rebate per kw would be useful

Finally got my first bill and only saved $95 for the quarter 22 panels @ 6.6kw was told before install this system would bring a $600 bill down to $150
Try to call for support and they always say we will call back but never do.
Called again they took my number and said they would call back in 10 minutes and of course they didn't.
Have sent an email let's see if they ignore that to.
Best way to choose a solar.company is by tryiing to contact to the support team _ see if they exist.

The installing team was excellent. Very helpful, discuss installation options before they began. Explained clearly how to operate Solar and what to expect from Origen. Neat installation and clean site when finished.

The company has good customer service. Always updating wether the solar systems are functioning well. Product is performing according to function. The systems aesthetically looks good and doesn’t contradict to the look of the house.

Early January a deposit was paid for installation to Arise Solar...still waiting for an installation date after many phone calls & emails to said company. Very disappointing ..no communication from them only me contacting them & seem to get fobbed off...not happy

good comunication.but only took longer time to install product. i am happy final outcome.inslation team did a agood job. price of the produt reasonable. the fees charge for the easy payment is high, if you find another finace company with low fees god

The whole process of pre and post installation has been smooth and pleasant. It was very easy process and the team has been super friendly.
No issues so far and I am happy with the reduced electricity bill I received recently.

System was fitted within days of Energex approval.
Took about 5 hours to install the 6kw system and haven't had a problem with it since it was turned on 2 months ago.

The install process went smooth and efficient. The team worked together and job completed .My only issue is I wanted some panels on my west face but installer reccomended not to ..Food for thought as it reduced my daily feed in time by up to 3 hours.

Installation Was Nice and quick and whole team was well trained the leader of the team was so friendly and gave me too much information about solar panelsAnd how to calculate how much I earn on solar and things like that and I’ve never had an issue with this company highly recommended
