Salesman [name removed] lied and did not listen the what I specifically wanted.Just supplied what they wanted instead. Do not answer emails and just dont want to know do not use them

I put up a review for Arise Solar almost 2 weeks ago and received a reply inviting me to email them to which I did straight away and surprise surprise they still havent contacted me and I even supplied my phone number to discuss the issue further and it's been a week now.. Arise Solar are a complete joke with extremely poor customer service.. would never recommend Arise Solar that's for sure...

All went well, from the moment we spoke to Greg, things happened,, the only minor issue was the weather, delayed implementation for a week or so. Happy to recommend Arise Solar to anyone,,, now just waiting for the results on the power bill

Yesterday I called customer service to inform them that my Solar Inverter has become faulty and is tripping the mains switch. My call was answered by a very sympathetic and helpful young lady,Mona, who went out of her way to make me feel that she is going to do whatever it takes to get my problem solved. Mona has been keeping me updated on the progress of my warranty claim. My problem has not been fixed yet but I just had to commend this young lady for being the ultimate professional customer service representative. Mona you are an asset to Arise Solar, keep it up!!

Installer arrived on time as advised, installed all equipment professionally all rubbish removed, very pleased. Discussed the operation of panels and invertor. Will definately recommend arise solar to my friends

Everything was on the plan . Installation happened on the date booked. Fiona from customer service was really helpful. She was available to answer all my questions . My solar is working perfectly

Zero communications once deposit paid. Lie and say they will contact for install however no calls (no messages left). Keep saying we called - no messages. Guarantee we'll have a date Monday - no communication. Absolutely disgusting once they get a deposit

Installation technicians were efficient, prompt and professional.

do not deal with this company they are liars still waiting for my installation payed deposit in october how soon would they fix something under warranty don’t deal with this company
