Hi Carole,
For cleaning the inside of the glass it would be best to give Ariston technical support a call on 1300 815 589 to see if they can walk you through how to remove. clean, and replace the oven door glass.

Hi Eileen,
If you check out this page on the Ariston website (https://ariston.com.au/inventory/fk617xaus/) you can find the link to the user manual that will show you all the symbols, as well as some more information on the functions.

We bought an Ariston oven less than a year ago: * FK898EPXAUS and moisture has gone in between the glass and we are unable to clean it or remove the glass. I have spoken to Ariston at customer care but were no help, and I ended up going into Harvey Norman and spoke to a salesman who showed me an Ariston oven that can remove the glass and clean it in between. Unfortunately our Ariston which is NOT 12 months old can not do that. I would like this issue resolved somehow by an Ariston representative. Disappointing

Hi sorry I dont have an answer for you but I am experiencing the same issue as well. I would be interested to know what solution Ariston can provide

Hi Nams, hopefully an Ariston representative will reply, as even though it is a cleaning issue it definitely is due to the structure of the oven.

I find that the back right hand corner gets much hotter than the rest of the sections. I just have to remember to keep rotating my dishes while cooking.

Use it for grilling on the top shelf, or use it for a roast or baking. You don't have to keep it in there, it's up to you.

These reviews seem too good to be true no other oven gets such good reviews. Was Ariston offering any incentive to write a review? Are they really that good? Reviews on home forum were not so positive.

No kick backs for me I generally have found this to be an excellent oven, my only gripe since having this for a few months now is very occasionally it can leak a little bit of condensation at the bottom of the door.

We are buying two 60cm ovens. Replacing two which have been a severe disappointment. I just want ovens that
1. You can cook on two shelves at the same time with consistent results on each.
2. Sufficient capacity to cook a roast and separate tray of veges in one oven. You shouldn't have to have two ovens to do that.
I have had this before in the oven of a comparatively cheap stove (cooker) but so far I have been extremely dissatisfied with built in ovens I have used. There are so many brands and claims and (probably unnecessary) whizz bang cooking modes and auto programs. That's all very well but I just want an oven that can actually do the basics.
Any recommendations?

Hi,
I am looking to buy a new wall oven and am considering buying an Ariston. Can anybody give me feedback about the size of the inside of the oven and how usable the space actually is for cooking. Also if they would recommend or not recommend. Can you also please tell me which country these ovens are made in. We were also looking at AEG ovens (VERY pricey) and were told by the salesperson they are made in Germany. Have since read they are now made in Italy by AEG customer service BUT also read a review where person who purchased an AEG oven found that, once they removed the packaging, that it was actually made in Asia!!!! Please help. My husband and I are totally confused. All we want is a well-made oven that does what it says and will last many happy years of successful cooking - is that to big an ask?

I have just unpacked our brand new ariston oven for the electrician to install tomorrow morning. The seal around the oven is very loose & the top part doesn't look like it's glued at all. Is there a reason for this or is it a defect that will need to be fixed?

Hi Kelly,
I'd probably suggest you contact the supplier and ask that question before you pay to have it installed. I don't recall anything being loose when we purchased ours.
