We have had our 10kg machine for over 2 years now and have absolutely no complaints about its washing capabilities BUT it is so noisy and vibrates itself across the laundry floor.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi CrossleyR,
Sometimes if the washer's feet aren't adjusted evenly it causes the machine to vibrate more. Just make sure the washer is level before use. If the washer's feet are level, then it might be a good idea to get a rubber mat to place under the machine to absorb the vibrations.

We have had no issues with the washing machine vibrating. We close the laundry door when using the washing machine so no problem with noise.

Why are my towels becoming very crusty and stiff since using the 9kg Ariston front loader? All my otherwise garments are fine .

I add a splash of vinegar in when I do my towels (in softener dispenser) and they are drying quite soft, hope you find an answer :)

Hi Libby,
The towels can become stiff with colder washes, and because the detergent can get absorbed by the towel fibre. Some vinegar in the fabric softener department should help the detergent to avoid sticking to the towels.

Hi, I would like to know where you put the prewash detergents such as Napisan? My previous washing machine has 3 compartments (detergent, fabric softener & prewash)and I am a little confused as this only has 2, for the detergent and fabric softener?

Hi, good question as I have only put in liquid detergent so far, sorry I'm no help.
Maybe have a read of the manual or give them a call.

Hi Keirra,
If you are using liquid detergent for the main wash, the prewash detergent can be put into the powder compartment.

I am having a problem, the auto clean took about 2.5 hrs and the machine beeps incessantly. I am currently doing a 30 min wash and the machine will not stop beeping. No errors are showing. How do I stop the beeping my last Ariston was great, so what is going on this time. and no one is answering at the call service centre and its Friday afternoon.

Apart from the 30 minute wash how long is the average wash cycle? I'm buying my second ariston because of the fantastic customer service and no fuss replacements they did, but my last one had really long cycles.

I usually use anti-quick stain and that goes for an hour, anti stain goes for 3.10, cotton goes for 2:15, synthetics 1:45, colours 2:05, darks 1:20, whites 3:15, delicates 1:20, wool 1:40, eco cotton 6:10, cotton cold 3:05, baby 2:40, anti allergy 3:25, silk :55, duvets 2:00.
I hope that helps, there is a time saver option to that can shave off 15mins off some cycles
