I've had several pairs of Ascent shoes now and find them excellent - long-lasting and very supportive. They seem to be better value for money than comparable shoes, without losing anything in quality.

I’m a picky mother. Without sounding egotistical, my kids’ uniforms are always well presented. I was shocked when the shoes lasted a whole year (Clarks barely did in the past), but then another and another. Three years and now handed down. INCREDIBLE. Well worth every cent!

I have been SO super impressed with your school shoes that we will be going back to buy them a third time this year.

I am so used to my 7 year old son ‘killing’ his expensive shoes in just a few months, and never outgrowing them.

Our very reasonably priced 1st Ascents lasted a whole year of Kindy, and check out what the next pair survived in year 1- a motorbike accident on our property that fractured straight through his humerus in his shoulder, but check out his Ascents that he used to ‘slow him down’
Not only did they survive the crash, but even with the wear marks they lasted another 4 months to see out the school year!

I have my three children in Ascent school shoes and they have been fantastic! I bought my first pair 16 years ago when my oldest first went to school and all three kids get one new pair at the beginning of each year. Having such a well made supportive shoe is really important to me for my kids as they are in them five days a week all day. I've never had a problem and they last all year!

For the past 5 years our 5 boys have been wearing black Ascent Cross Trainers to school. We have been super impressed with their durability and comfort. Day in and day out our boys give them a flogging - running, climbing kicking, jumping - and the shoes always last the whole year, and then some.

The only thing we're disappointed about is that the shoes don't grow with the boys feet. :)

Our whole family wear these shoes. The kids school shoes last until they grow out of them and that is mostly over a year. Dad has worn them to work and they've lasted 5+ years. Quality shoes that last! Highly recommend!

The Voyager Rouge is by far my favourite walking shoe whilst holidaying in Europe, you can easily wear them all day, they are just so comfortable and look smart. I like the way Ascent is always adding new styles to the Women's range of footwear.

My Ascent shoes were delivered promptly as promised. I can wear my orthotics in them without problem and I have found them to be comfortable and supportive for all day on-the-go wear at work.

The explore merlot is a very comfortable lightweight walking shoe. I have done a few day hikes in these and never had any problems. For someone who has flat wide feet, it’s hard to find good shoes. My feet never ache in these shoes, even when I’ve been in them all day. A very comfortable shoe, highly recommended.

I have brought a pair of black Ascent Oxide steel work boots only last me three months at work. The problems are the bottom sole glue comes off to the top part of the shoe, and the pair of shoes is not slipped resistance. Send the damaged shoes back Ascent and got credit for warranty. I got the same shoe with tan color hope for better results. The new one does not provide slip resistance. I am very disappointed with Ascent Oxide steel work boots qualities. I brought the shoes because I have read reviews on the product review site; people rate Ascent shoes four stars. I rate them one star. Due to the expensive price, qualities are so bad. Cheaper shoes do better jobs than Ascent Oxide steel work boots.

These have been the best shoes. I bought my son a pair of ascents school shoes when he started in Year 7. It’s hard to believe that his feet have not grown, but they haven’t. So the shoes still fit and almost 6 years later he will wear them to his final day of Year 12 this week.

Poor customer service and very bad quality shoes. I ordered three pairs of shoes, two were ok in sizes but one was damaged and was of wrong size too. I returned that to the store and got an email from them the claim has been declined(without any explanation). I tried to contact them many times and wrote emails but they didn’t replied. Haven’t got new or the damaged wrong pair back . They didn’t even bother to return my money:(

Never ever again will I buy Ascent Boys School Shoes. They don’t wear well at all. After a couple of months they start to fall apart. I have never had a pair last a school year. For the price I expect much better quality.

Purchased Ascent Cluster 2 Shoes. The shoes are terrible. My feet get sore while just walking in them. The soles of the shoes are as hard as a rock. No support at all. I have had many other shoes and nothing as bad as these. I cannot recommend them at all. I wish i had taken them out of the cupboard earlier so I could have taken them back.

Bought ASCENT GEELONG URBAN MENS BLACK $190......Within 3 months there was a hole in back of the inside area..........very dissapointed.......
