It's a standard 12v battery charger that takes around 2 hours to fully charge the 10 amp battery.
The Tourney weighs in at a hefty 28 kg with the battery.
I have one and for the price it is a very good bike, except that I can only get a range of about 20kms out of one charge.

Anybody in the wider adelaide region have an Aseako Tourney or Rossi or Zoco in a large frame. I just want to have a look to see if it is too small for me at 6ft3 inches and 120kg. Thanks, Sean (in Athelstone but willing to travel.)

Looking at the sizes in height length there is only a slight difference with seat adjustment you could ride either check on Aseako web site under specs

I'm in Melbourne and am 6'4" and put a long seat pole on the Tourney and it's a good fit. Bigger wheels would be good but it does the job pretty well as is.

Hi Berty,
Thanks for your question. I assume you are referring to the speed sensor magnet. It is always either on one of the front or rear spokes depending on he model but that is the only place it can be unless it has fallen off.
If you need any furtehr assistance it is best to contact us direct at [email protected] so we can assist more specifically.

Hi Greg,
I believe we answered this question direct to your other email enquiry but for others who may be interested here is the answer:
"To put the bike into 'off-road' mode, locate the magnet that is on one of the spokes on either the from or most likely rear wheel. This magnet is pick up by a sensor that is mounted on the frame. If the sensor cannot pick up the magnet because it has been either turned around or moved along the spoke, then speed management is disengaged and you are in off-road mode.
Of course, in off-road mode the bike is not legal to ride on public roads or bike paths."

Trust this assists.

To answer your question, yes, there is a serial number on the frame. It is stamped into the frame facing forward of the bike in the section that the front fork and handlebar fits into. There is also a seperate serial number for the battery on he battery itself.

Trust this helps.

Not sure what you mean but there is 7cm clearance from back of seat to front of battery. There is about 2cm adjustment in the seat itself that would allow the seat to move back toward the battery. Suggest contact Brett at Aseako on 1300559976 he is the supplier and very helpful.

Hi, thanks for your question. If you have a large frame Tourney, there may be some further adjustment possible to lower the seat further than standard by way of a change to the seat bracket. Best to give us a call direct at Aseako on 1300 559976 and we can work through the options with you. Have a great day!

Why is the throttle on the Aseako on the left, all motor bikes have throttles on the right, and also some other makes of ebikes?

The gear selector is on the right so we cant put the throttle on the RHS - thats the only reason.

As Aseako said: The gear selector is on the right so they can't put the throttle on the RHS.
I ride a motorbike as well, and you get used to it. The first five years are the hardest - I mean the first five minutes.

some other brands of ebikes have throttle and gear lever on the right side, why can't Aseako, as it is more natural after riding quad and motor bikes, and I like the set up of the Aseako's motor through the gears but the throttle discouraged me.
