I Purchased a Tourney and a Cruiser 2 months ago after extensive research. They had to be versatile as my wife and I had differing needs for the e-bikes.. I bought my Aseako Sport second hand on Ebay 8 months ago and on the weekend I had a problem with the drive unit which was not engaging the crank. I phoned the service line on the Monday and spoke to Brett. I was not expecting the help I received from him as I did not buy the bike from him. I bought the large frame 250 watt Tourney with the 15amp battery approx 2 weeks ago. i started riding it to work and it is an amazing ride. I am not a small person. I weigh over 120kgs and I look small on this bike ( well that might be an exaggeration) It propels me and the weight of the bike along very nicely. I am 200cm tall, 95kg and have the large frame Tourney.

The bike is a tank - coming from a regular bike it's like going back to a HZ Holden. It is clearly build for strength and is extremely sturdy. As you'd expect, part of the boost of the motor compensates for the extra weight.

There are three assist settings: Low, Medium, High. With my body mass on a flat road:

I bought this bike (Alto) for my wifes 50th Birthday present as she was having trouble keeping up with me on our rides and her knee has also been bothering her for some time.
