I ordered a gift for a work mate on behalf of my whole team over 2 weeks ago. I have sent emails and contacted via messenger to ask about shipping date but not one response. Obviously Audrey and me prioritise marketing on social media instead of managing customer orders given there have been a number of posts during this time. Very unprofessional.

I purchased the new water colour rainbow liner but it came with a different pattern on the other side that I really didn’t like. I’ve emailed 5 times asking if I can return to get a different liner and have got no response. I would not purchase again!

Won't respond to messages regarding non-delivery of express parcel

Ordered some cloth face masks 1 week ago (so I can go see / help my 85 year old Dad, during Coronavirus outbreak) and paid the very hefty price of $16 shipping to have 2 x masks express posted. One week later, still not arrived. I messaged Nadia (owner) to ask for tracking and the response was "I'll chase your order up for you right away, delivery definitely won't be far away" I have messaged via Instagram, Facebook messenger and still no response. Very frustrating and I feel I've been ripped off and no-one likes to be ignored. Don't bother ordering, and so much for trying to support small online business in Australia!

I purchased a pram liner, selected charcoal linen as i wanted a plain colour for my pram not a print, to then recieve one side plain and the other with an elephant print. I have messaged twice and been completely ignored. These pram liners are not cheap therefore you expect you will be given what you are after. Nor on my order did it say it would have one side plain the other side print. It is very disappointing and the lack of communication. I am still yet to get a response. I would like it to be replaced or altered to what i am after.

Almost impossible to contact - doesn’t respond to emails at all and only responds through messenger - but only after Many days to weeks. Stuffed up my order twice - purely though bad communication- got a refund in the end and found a more professional business offering the same things - beware of this business

Love our pram liner and bibs

Still love our pram liner after almost a year of having it, still vibrant colours despite being washed a few times, padding in the right spot and fits our Uppababy perfectly. The dribble bibs worked so well too, beautiful colours and nice a soft especially on the back that faces baby. Excellent quality and was made so quickly, despite getting an email to say she was super busy that time of year, everything arrived well within the estimated time.

Nice material but poorly sewn and no communication

Beautiful material but poorly sewn. The stitching was already coming apart when I received the item. I emailed them and messaged them over a week ago and still havent had a response. Poor communication as theres no info on their website either about returns.

Long wait time and terrible communication

I ordered almost two weeks ago and received my receipt email. I have heard nothing since even after emailing 3 times. I have no idea about when my purchase will arrive (a gift for this weekend) or even if it ever will. Huge disappointment and will never order again - communication is key to customer service.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. The white fluff from the lining started coming through after the first wash- before we even used it. I contacted the seller about this twice and have had no response.

I ordered two pram liners for our twins, and was really pleased with the quality fabrics used, great craftsmanship and most importantly - perfect fit! Our narrow double pram seats means most universal pram liners are too bulky or don’t fit properly. I love how these were tailor made for our pram model. Would highly recommend!

I went a bit overboard ordering all the extras for my pram liner (reversible, matching bumper cover, extra padding etc) and I was delighted when I received my package! I choose the fabrics “nocturnal menagerie” and “midnight stag” and they are very complimentary. The workmanship is fabulous and all materials are excellent quality. I’m so happy I got all the extras and it’s given my pram a lovely update. Bub looks very snug and comfy with the extra padding. It’s a little bit of a wait as all orders are custom made, but I think it’s well worth the wait. Highly recommend.

I had to chase up my pram liner as it was later than the 15-20 days stated. When I finally received it the stitching was sub par and not worth the excessive price tag. I would say worth about $30 max. I have made several attempts to contact them with no response. I also ordered pram straps and only received 2 instead of the 3 required for my pram type. Buyer beware when ordering a product online. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. I will be lodging a complaint with the accc.

Will never buy off this website

Very hard to contact, returns are really difficult especially when you have to pay returns postage at your cost and then they cut $10 from your credit note to process the stock. Never heard any online shopping doing that. I define them as total rip off and how to make fool of people. Clothing on their website I found on local Asian fashion shops in shopping centres at half of the cost they are selling online for.
Do not recommend them at all.

Great customer service, beautiful products

I purchased a custom fit pram liner for my friends baby shower and a necklace for me. When the pram liner arrived, there was no necklace. I messaged Nadia asking if it was missed. I received a response within 1 day and was told the necklace was being shipped separately so it wouldn’t damage the gift wrapping on the pram liner. Received the necklace a few days later! I can’t comment on the quality of the pram liner as it’s a present but the necklace is beautifully handmade. Very happy with product and service. Received my order within 2-3 weeks too so not a long wait time at all. If you want a quick response I would recommend messaging in Facebook/messenger.

We ordered a reversible pram liner and pram garland only just before Christmas. Not only did we receive our products before Christmas, but the quality blew us away. I emailed the owner for an update on our order prior to receiving it knowing I had missed the Christmas order deadline and she reassured me she was working day and night to get everyone their orders before Christmas. We can’t recommend this product and the customer service highly enough and will 100% be buying from her in the future!

It was really important to me to find a cotton filled pram liner and everything else about it has been a fantastic bonus! Firstly my order was sent out within a few days by special request, in time for our Queensland holiday. Then the fabric and quality of the product not only impressed me but my husband too. I love that I could customise it and it fits my pram perfectly. Last but not least it seems lovely and comfy and my bub sleeps happily for long stretches in the pram without waking grumpy and sweaty from the Queensland heat! This really is the best pram liner!!

Placed an order after not receiving it emailed [name removed]. Took a long time to get a response and then said it was on the way and would let me know. Has never since replied to any emails. I had to contact Paypal for a refund. [name removed] then sent an email saying due to unforeseen circumstances my order was cancelled when it was supposed to be on the post. Do not order from her

My pram liner arrived today - I'm assuming it would be a similar make to the play mats.
The card says:
Gentle machine wash (max 30 degrees). Do not tumble dry. Iron on low setting. While ironing trim, pull as you go to maintain shape.
