This is perfect I can't live without it
The connection is reliable. So far, everything works as expected. You will never go wrong with their service, not to mention the friendly staff.

Outages everyday
We experience outages everyday and each time we call to resolve we get bounced between NBN technician and Aussie Broadband. We find ourselves having to use mobile broadband all the time as that is the most reliable. So we are canceling the NBN with Aussie Broadband.

Value for money
The service is great and the communication is really efficient. I have checked with me neighbours what provider was the best and moving from Telstra to Aussie Broadband was a great decision - way cheaper. While we have the fastest internet package, I would expect to be significantly better. I am not sure if it is not because of NBN or the provider - but I do understand there is currently a lot of people using internet from home due the COVID-19 situation.

Finally a provider with great service and delivers what they prommised!
Switched over to Aussie Broadband to get the 250/25 deal.
It was only 6 hours from when I called until the service was live.
Customer support was amazing.
Getting around 237/23 Mbps reliably.
Very happy!

Bloody crooks who won't close your account if you move address
I have telephoned, used the online site, used chat, emailed and these bloody idiots will not close the account despite it now being maintained in an empty property. They all contradict each other: ''we don't close by email'' when you write; ''we don't close by phone'' when you phone when you call etc etc. Essentially it is plain theft when a company has multiple notifications of closure and still takes funds out via direct debit by making up the most stupid stories of how to cancel then changing it when you follow each and every one. Bloody idiots.

All contradicting each other and all to stall stopping the direct debit, which is being taken despite you guys knowing it has been an empty house. Absolutely disgusting. I'm currently overseas and no doubt you will then say to call yet again. People should know how difficult you make it to cancel; this put me into overdraft unnecessarily.Official RepAussie Broadband

Highly recommend, great customer service, great internet.
Would highly recommend this service. Customer service team and polite and courteous. Speeds as always max speeds no congestion. When we had problems with the NBN they were able to effectively manage the situation.

Great speed and reliability
Sign up process was quick and staff were very helpful. Routinely see speeds above 230 mpbs, even in peak times. The only problem is I have so much bandwith, I keep hitting my download quota.

This service is perfect!
Aussie have been very helpful and have provided a perfect experience, only thing that could be better is if the 250/100 plan was unlimited but at 3TB (3000GB) we have only used just over 320GB in the last 5 days. That’s about 64GB a day roughly. We get around 235 down and 80 up, which is how the NBN was meant to be!
Still waiting for the landline phone to be changed over to them from my previous provider but other than that it’s fine.

As I said only thing that could be improved is to offer an unlimited 250/100 plan. update january 2020: there was an error in their system allowing me to get an unlimited plan for 250/100 and they have honoured it as it was showing up. thanks aussie. now if only i could give 6 stars out of 5 for this service!3 comments

NBN/Aussie Broadband
Whilst not as good as ADSL2 Cable, I must say the service is better than expected. Aussie Broadband have been great to deal with. When we initially set up with ABB we were given very good advice about what would suit our needs. Every time we have rung ABB we have spoken to someone who is articulate and pleasant. A relief from our experience with another provider. Would recommend ABB to others.

Constant dropouts bad support
Been with these guys for a while and we've been experience concurrent dropouts.. If you want internet i would advise against using Aussie BB they hold vendettas against people who complain and cut you off

abuse of our staff and non-payment with no contact. We very serious with the abuse of our valued staff and don't tolerate any customers name calling or screaming obscenities at them, but even then, warnings are given. If the tirade of abuse continues, then we give a notice. No one should come to work to be subjected by abuse.
