Hello,



My parcel has just stated, "International arrival - awaiting clearance" since last Thursday. Tracking number EJ655043347JP. I have contacted the seller who advised me that the parcel will arrive on Friday 19/4 or Monday 22/4 at the latest as it is Express (EMS). I've gotten in contact with AusPost but have been told to contact the seller, which I have and am awaiting a response. I need the parcel by Saturday 27/4 at the latest.

Hey Gavin,

I've had a look and can see that this item did enter our network today so it should be delivered within the next 3 - 5 business days but I recommend contacting the sender about this as well so they can initiate an investigation with the postal agency they sent this with as well.

Hey Opik,

I've had a look at the scans on the eCommerce site and can see that this hasn't been handed over to us yet. Once it is a new tracking number might be generated and the option to track it on our website will be available. Until this has occurred we are unable to estimate the delivery time frame.

If you have any concerns that the article is taking too long, please contact the sender for further assistance.

Hi,
Last Saturday my friend posted a parcel for me with International Express Post service from Sydney to Ho Chi Minh city Viet Nam and I still have not received it today.
My tracking number is EJ237540154AU and the tracking website had been showing “Most recent update
Item received into Customs for clearance
HO CHI MINH (VN)
Date & time Wed 20 Mar • 2:53pm” the last 3 days.
I need this parcel urgently which is why we chose the Express option, is there any contact I can call to check why is it now delivered yet?

Hey Aced,

I've had a look and this item hasn't been handed over to us yet from boarder processing to begin the delivery process. Once it is the item should be delivered within 2 business days.

If there are no updates to the scans by Tuesday please contact the sender so they can initiate an investigation to look into this further. As this is an international item only the sender can start the investigation with the postal authority they sent the item with, we will then liaison with them when requested.

Hi I've got a package that has been at the Melbourne parcel facility dws for a couple of days num ANZ102623245 I was wondering if you could tell me when that is suppose to arrive?

Hey Breeanna,

Unfortunately the number you have provided isn't a valid Australia Post tracking number. I've jumped onto our APG eCommerce site and have found some scans when I track this order number but as this hasn't arrived in Australia yet no tracking number has been provided.

Until this item has physically been scanned in Australia no tracking number will populate on that website that we can use to track your item with our internal system. I recommend checking the delivery time frame with the sender and if that time has passed but you still don't have this item, please contact them so they can investigate further.

Thankyou for answering I'm still a little confused as I've had an email from apg saying it is in transit an has been scanned 3 times at the Melbourne facility. Also that is the tracking number provided to me when i got the first notice saying it had been scanned in Melbourne. That tracking number provided comes up on the apg site for me saying it is in Melbourne. It also says that the electronic advice has been received by the delivery carrier on all updates I have received.

The electronic advice scans you are seeing are digital only. Once the item has entered out mail stream a new tracking number will be issued and APG's website will have a 'Track with in country carrier' button on the right above the event description.

Hey Tanya,

I've had a look and that number isn't valid on our systems or website. I have been able to locate scans on APG eCommerce but it only works as an order number. Can you please check through your paper work for this one and see if there is another number listed which should be the tracking number.

If there isn't please contact the sender so they can look into this further for you as without scans on our internal system there isn't much we can do to work out the delivery time frame.

My parcel with tracking number Z3P002983201000930802 has been stuck at the Melbourne facility for four days, without any further information that could suggest that it is moving. It has also been delayed from its ETA of the 11th of March. It is a delivery from Nunawading to Ashburton so it shouldn't take very long.

My passports were to arrive from Thailand embassy a week ago but the status says arrived at derrimut. Lodged a complaint but neither the derrimut guys know where the post is not the Hoppers crossing people have accepted it. Have to travel in a couple of weeks and not sure what else to do. Help desk says they are investigating. Whats the point of express post tracking if they cant even track it. The trackeing doesnt even mention my name or address. Derrimut post office doesnt know who scanned the package and if the oackage left derrimut or not. No information for this letter.most recent update is “enquiry lodged”. Can someone advise what to do next

It's disappointing to hear that you haven't received your passports yet for your trip. We take missing passports very seriously so if we are already investigating this all you can do is wait. If it's getting close to your departure date maybe look into a back up plan just in case we aren't successful in our efforts to locate this.
