Card declined by issued notice when trying to order a pizza online. I have sufficient funds enough to buy 100 pizzas and the details entered are correct. Why do I get this notice? I can’t use my money!
1 answer
Hi Mitchell. I haven't tried buying yet. Getting registered was hard enough. Resorted to calling them on the number on the card. After going around in circles with their automated menu I selected that I had a Finance query and thankfully the answering staff member put me on to a 'Specialist' who spent 30 minutes sorting my registration.
Sorry to say that is the only tactic I found worked. Hope you find some help and that I am not back asking you how to make purchases in the future. Frustrating when as you say - you have the money.

According to their PDS you can use a domestic ATM but will cost you 2.95% of the amount withdrawn.

How can I get the Date of Birth drop down menu to work. I have had my password and everything else accepted but without the Date of Birth entered I cannot register to access my money on the card. This is a very poor technical hitch. Email me a.s.a.p. Frustration is building.

Why won’t my card number be accepted?
2 answers
Daveant does not know why your card number is not accepted. The website does not work. Nothing happens no matter what you do. Different error messages all the time. No email with a password reset ever comes. I think that the website is not maintained at all. It is a dead website. It is just for show, it is not meant to do anything at all.
Seems this could be the problem . Cheers.

I tried to check my account; I know my password; but said we don't recognize your account; please reset it- I have done that, said we will send you and email with instruction - I requested yesterday 13/3 as today 14/3 I did not receive the email/instruction - I know my details are correct because I have the same problem last year. luz
1 answer
Hi Elena, I don't work for Auspost or Mastercard but I have worked in IT for 30 years. Sometimes this happens because your personal login details are stored in a cache (this is a file on your own device that records your logon and password details to make using the internet quicker.) Please google deleting cache on Chrome, apple or android, or however you are accessing your card and follow the instructions and then try logging into the Auspost Everyday card site again. Hope this helps.

Hi I bought a everyday master card that I car'nt register online with rang custome service after trying online for ages, they were no help. Use to have a load and go card that was great no problems.
1 answer
I had a load&go card for years & never had any problems, went online to find out where my new card was only to find that the cards are no more.
I have several hundred dollars on it but won't accept my details, I ended up being told that there was. no record of my parcel tracking, I told them in capital letters that I had no parcel. It would only deal with tracking so I asked if there was a human on the other end & was told that it was artificial intelligence. I found a complaint spot so now am waiting for an email. I don't look forward to dealing with Mastercard as it looks awful. The load&go was great for the bit of online shopping, I don't want to use my credit card in case it gets hacked where the debit was safer.

I have a question I want to buy this card just for the annual membership at the Gym. they don’t accept cash and don’t want to give my bank card details which is not safe. Please advise can I use post office everyday Master card for annual membership?
2 answers
Yes most likely, but just check with the gym first if they can put it on Mastercard
Ask gym first. Card costs $7.95. Australia post would not take any responsibility once sold. I was referred to customer service on the card. Unfortunately CS wanted a photocopy of a form of ID even though I was able to provide answers to all the security questions. The a/c would also not allow me to transfer $ out.
Do not blame you not wanting to give your bank details. ?Change gym
The card is hit and miss. Worked the first time I used it which gave me a false sense of security.
