Parcel Post item stuck at processed at facilty SYDNEY NSW for over a week now
Parcel Post item stuck at processed at facility SYDNEY NSW since April 28th 2020 very close to a week now and no further scans or updates what is going !!?? on where is my parcel ? Has my parcel been lost ?? or is it on its way to nimbin NSW 2480 it's destination to me

Hi I'm not an Aust Post Employee, just a disgruntled customer like you, I would suggest you make an online complaint like I did and screen shot the tracking to attach with your complaint like I did, good luck hope you receive your parcel eventually.

Hi. I have the same problem with Australia post. Try writing a review with your query, Google Australia post reviews then submit your query. Someone from Australia post will get in touch with you via email. Good luck.

i ordered an item on ebay australia the item was sent with regular parcel post the item is being sent from canning vale western australia the item was sent on tuesday 7th of april and then processed in perth western australia on the 8th of april the item is being delivered to nimbin new south wales 2480 the item has not been scanned since the 8th of april it is now the 13th of april where is my item iam in desperate need for this item that iam expecting i have been waiting almost a week now why is it taking so long to been scanned let alone delivered to my postal address this is absoulutely riduculous i want answers and i want them now the tracking number is : 60080508774094

As someone who lives in the west and gets regular deliveries from the east I can tell you that, under normal conditions, a parcel will take a minimum of 10 business days to get from coast to coast.
You could add another 5 days to get from Sydney or Brisbane to Nimbin.
Under current conditions you are more likely to be looking at + 1 month.

that is just absoulutely ridiculous such a long wait for a small item how australia post is still operating and has any customers is beyond me they are nothing but rude and ill manered the staff in the post offcies are always in a bad mood and dont have any respect

Hi Nelip, I've checked our internal tracking site and unable to see any scan which confirms that we have received your parcel from the sender. Please raise this issue with the sender. If the sender is not providing a positive response and you have paid them via Paypal/eBay, contact them as well.

I've ben waiting for my parcel for 10 days now. It still says it's in REDBANK. Tracking Number 4QA007795101000930309 it's coming to Far North QLD, CNS
I'm worried about it as it is an expensive. Are they still scanning parcels?

I have a small parcel being delivered to Melbourne from the Gold Coast. The first and only tracking update available was "We've got it!" Received by Australia Post Nerang QLD on Mon 13 Jan 2.24pm. It is now Thursday and still no update whatsoever. Can you please provide an update as to its whereabouts and a better ETA as clearly this tracking is useless? The "tracking" reference is 33VBH500377901000934509.

Hi djr,

The parcel has definitely left the Post Office as all parcels lodged that day are picked up at the end of the day. It may be a few days in between scans and you won't see a new scan until it's at the next point. We need to allow three business days from the lodgement day for this one to arrive and if it doesn't arrive by Monday morning then we can certainly log a complaint but it's normal that there may not be any scans until the day of delivery.

Hi Nick,

Happy to help! We have an update to say it was sorted in Brisbane on the 18th so I would allow until tomorrow or Friday to receive this. The next scan you'll see is once it's at your local Delivery Centre then goes out for delivery that same day.

Happy to help and shed some light on this, your parcel is still in our network travelling through but has a new scan to say it's been sorted today in Melbourne, this is good as we can see it's moving and should be delivered to you within three business days from today.

My parcel with tracking number Z3P002983201000930802 has been stuck at the Melbourne facility for four days, without any further information that could suggest that it is moving. It has also been delayed from its ETA of the 11th of March. It is a delivery from Nunawading to Ashburton so it shouldn't take very long.
