Product as shown seems well made have not used as yet looking forward to it though. It came well packed for postage and the contents in the box at first glance look as fitting to my vehicle will be a breeze. I have bought a couple of the hot water systems and they are fine but the 12 volt pumps have been nothing but trouble. I contacted supplier to get a replacement but they did not follow up and I was stuck with a faulty pump. I am very busy and do not have time to keep chasing so I gave up trying. I have since bought another pump, another brand and another supplier with no problems - sorry Kickass but you need to pick up your game.

Fantastic unit, I struggled a little bit at first to understand how it kicked over but the guys at Australian Direct were so patient with me and walked me through it. After getting it all set up properly and trialling it for a week and a half trip I can highly recommend this product, fantastic to have a nice hot shower at the end of a camping day.
