Throughout the process of determining the itinerary for the trip and the subsequent cancellation,the assistance of Nikki and Skye has been been exceptional .

There were no additional fees. We booked a small organised trip plus stays in hotels at Christchurch and Wellington. All very comfortable and central. A couple had stairs to encounter but staff helpful with luggage. Everything more than expected! Did not need to cancel or change. The hotel in Auckland ( Bayswater VR Takapuna ) had a beautiful view.. Staff very efficient. Was isolated but on bus and ferry routes. My congratulations to Ben Brooker for his interest in meeting our individual needs and taking us on a journey through those important memories. He made us comfortable and well looked after. Would recommend Australian Escapes to any potential traveller.

Booked our GHAN TRIP with Skye. She was helpful from the start,it was well organized and planned.We loved Catherine gorge as we experienced our first time in a helicopter. Thanks very much for making our first trip to Darwin so easy and wonderful

The only additional fee we had to pay was when we went into Kakadu National Park but this was stated on our information so we new about this and this was payed on our conformation the day before we did this tour.
WE booked a trip on the Ghan 2 nights 3 days and had an apartment Ramanda Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter Darwin for 9 days . All our excursions were book for us before we left. WE told SKye what we were looking at and she came back with a package, we looked at it made a couple of adjustments and all was good. WE would book with Skye from Australian Escapes again . The expectation was over and above.
The Ghan is a must trip.

Have booked cruises with and have had nothing but trouble. Extras that were supposed to be included were not and didn't find out until we were on the cruise. This cost a further $$$$ Can never contact directly. Will never use this company again. Not worth all of the money you pay them.

We had quite a complex booking, staying in multiple different cities over a one month period. Our trip included an 8 night cruise on the Danube which exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our trip. Our accommodation was in great locations, within walking distance or short drive of major tourist sites. We made several itinerary changes as our plans took shape, and none of this was a problem. Staff were very helpful when we encountered flight delays and disruption to transfer arrangements. There were no additional fees after the booking was finalised.

We had a great trip to Switzerland and an 8 day rail pass, Ben organised the accommodation and then the flight transfers to the UK. All went very well, and the whole thing was a smooth process. The only complaint is that some of the accommodation could perhaps have been closer to the main railway stations in the cities, rather than a little along in the suburbs. We had a great time and thanks heaps to Ben for his hard work.

Friends who had done this same trip recommended us to Australian Escapes and we were not disappointed. We told Ben what we thought we wanted to do and he took care of all the details, such as getting us great seats on our long flight from Brisbane to Vancouver and getting us an upgrade to a balcony stateroom on the cruise ship. No hiccups with any of the arrangements which was perfect. Thank you we appreciated your effotts on our behalf.

Everything was as expected no surprises. all went to plan, all the tickets for trains & flights were perfect,
all the hotel bookings were correct, tours and airport transfers were spot on.
The holiday was above our expectations.

We have recently returned from a trip to Uluru and Alice Springs organized by Skye. We had some great tours and were very appreciative of the way Skye gave us free days to relax after the 10 hour long full day tours . Skye managed to cover all the major attractions and we had a great insight into the Red Centre. We had one hiccup where an Operator cancelled a tour but within an hour Australian Escapes had us booked on the same tour with another company.

Big thank you to Australian Escapes consultant Skye for organizing such an enjoyable trip to Norfolk Island for ourselves and our friends.
We enjoyed all the inclusions, learning about Norfolk history and the people, and the boys even managed a fishing trip catching a lot of big fish.
Everything was very easy for us to manage and the views over Kingston to the ocean from our accommodation were beautiful.
A very relaxing slow paced holiday.

Australian Escapes consultant Skye bremer done a fantastic job every tour we done which was arrange by Skye was interesting. Also climbing the rock was a thing to tick of my list. The accommodation was first class thanks Skye we will be booking our next trip through Australian escapes soon

My experience of this holiday on the Ghan was amazing would recommend it to anyone who wants to go, Australian escape we're very good in organizing everything, only thing I didn't like was the seafood dinner experience, no seafood
