We were happy with the sales person looking after us and giving us a good discount, with the manager dealing with our issue, with the installer doing a good job. Also big thank you to Phillip who absolutely went out of his way to assist with various things, also making the pergola slightly longer for a fraction of price. the blinds we received are amazing the quality is sublime. so easy to use and the process from start to finish was so easy. Every employees was lovely, very professional and easy to talk to. Installation took not even half an hr. cannot recommend this company high enough

Our blinds are so great. Our deck was so hot over the summer we've had but now with our blinds it's so much cooler and private. Should have done it sooner. Oh, my plants love them too

Australian Outdoor Living were brilliant from start to finish, great service, great communication and a great product.
Our new blinds look amazing and are so simple to use. They block out an amazing amount of the afternoon sun and have reduced the temperature in our outdoor area significantly. We have so much more privacy now but with the advantage of still being able to watch the children in the pool.

We have desperately needed a solution for our glass brick kitchen wall/window .During the summer months it’s like a sauna.Not fun for a caterer. Our new outdoor blind is brilliant!

Since we had our new blinds installed we have used the area much more than we used to. Good airflow, keeps the water and wind out and if too warm you can just wind them up half way or all the way. They are brilliant. We love them

We purchased the blind to reduce the radiant heat from the concrete outside our sunroom during the summer season which it has done and an added benefit is the aesthetics which have improved with the blinds.

Outdoor blinds for our back patio providing the protection we sought yet allowing us to see through them to the garden. We chose the darker blinds as it allowed better viewing!

After much research we settled on Australian Outdoor Living for our blinds. The consultant, James, was knowledgeable and honest about the product. The blinds blocks the heat so fantastic on those hot days. The quality, finish and installation was excellent and gives us another living area in all weather. It was a great decision. Very happy!”

They have the worst service. Already their service is overcharged. The designer came and gave quote and got initial payment.After that I had to keep contacting them for the contract and drawing of the project..
Then 1 and half months later they said they gave a wrong quote and it will be 9k more.

Great experience all round, from the office staff, sales rep and the installer. They turned up on time, gave us good ideas for our needs, fairly priced, we would recommend them to others looking at artificial turf, great team. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly helpful salesman who provided a good price for the outdoor blinds. Excellent quality product and able to suggest solution to fix up issue by a competitor.
