I went here for neck line fillers, and it was horrendous! DONT DO IT- GO TO A QUALIFIED DR!!
The nurse informed me it will heal in about 2 weeks (as it was very lumpy)- 6 weeks later after going in weekly with concerns over the lumps and being told "it will go down in time" I asked for her to dissolve. Money wasted, every time I came in I felt like a nuisance- because they made me feel like it.
My neck lines are still not the same.

Mind you, the nurse had to get permission via video chat from a DR to be able to proceed with the procedure???
Be careful with injecting anything into your face, do your research and go to a DR!!

Kirstin was my injector and she was awesome- her aseptic technique to reduce infection was impeccable, her constant rechecking of product and dose was very reassuring and the result was the best I have ever had. She was professional, friendly, knew the product and answered all the questions I had and i have recommended her to many work colleagues - the best

Took money for a appointment that I was unable to attend and are rude and unhelpful. They give false information when booking, then tell you that the procedure doesn’t actually help certain things once you have paid a package.

I went in on April 2nd, 2022 without an appointment as I was a tourist looking for a place to get a facial. The lady at the counter recommended the microdermabrasion and LED light. Got the appointment for an hour and a half later. Treatment was ok. I asked the lady what the benefits of LED light were and she seemed to be talking in circles and not really knowing. When it was time to pay, I was quoted a different price. So I mentioned that when I made the appointment, I was told a cheaper price and now they were overcharging me. The lady argued back, wouldn't admit her mistake. But the other lady managed to get me the cheaper price. But honestly, I felt it was a waste of my money. Don't see any difference at all. Wasted A$179.

It’s the greatest day of my entire week ever! I just had an awful week lately and once I came for the treatment they just make my day I would give them 10/10 stars! The treatment went really great and I have a bit of a girl talk and also a discount that I needed lol. Anyway they’re the nicest and the loveliest dermatologist ever xoxo

I have had 3 treatments of the cryo fat freezing and I have had amazing results I couldn't be happier, the treatments didn't hurt and there was no downtime. The girls at the clinic are all so profesional and experienced.

Clean and hygienic practice.
Good customer service until you face any problems that they don’t like to hear.

Bad:
Price is a bit high.
Price Match guarantee is not true: I had an experience when they refused to do a price match even though the competitor was within 30km zone as per their own policy.
When you complain, they don’t care - they don’t respond to your complaints because they don’t seem to care or ready to listen to your problems.
Appointment can be doubled up.
Inconvenient - not enough number of practices.
